Abstract

This research explores the role of religiosity as a psychological intervention for autistic children. Religiosity, which includes faith, religious practices, and moral values, has been proven to support emotional stability, reduce anxiety, and improve the social relationships of autistic children. This research aims to describe the process of forming religiosity, analyze its impact on the psychological balance of children with autism, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological method, with data collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and observations of students, teachers and parents at Special Schools (SLB) in Binjai City. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify patterns and meaning of the subject's experiences. The research results show that religiosity develops through the dimensions of religious knowledge, religious practice, and the practice of moral values. These three dimensions have a positive impact on the emotional stability, social interaction and spiritual development of autistic children. Collaboration between teachers, parents and the community is an important factor in supporting the success of this process. However, limited teacher training and uneven parent involvement are challenges that must be overcome. This research concludes that religiosity is an effective psychological intervention approach in supporting the holistic development of autistic children. It is hoped that these results can become the basis for developing better inclusive education policies

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the Human Development Index (HDI) and AHH in 35 districts and cities in Indonesia from 2020 to 2023. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. In data collection, this study applies a documentation method, which involves citing or copying relevant documents as data sources for analysis. In this study, secondary and primary data will be applied, including the Human Development Index (HDI) with a data time range from 2020 to 2023. The methodology applied is qualitative analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the Human Development Index (HDI) at the district/city level for the 2020-2023 period recorded an average of 73.17, while the national average figure in the same period reached 75.02. With the average Human Development Index (HDI) recorded and an increase of 8.36 points, the HDI achievement for districts/cities is classified in the "Medium" category (60 <= HDI < 70). This indicates that the economic development process in the district/city environment has prioritized the aspect of human resources to improve quality and actively participate in ongoing development efforts. The average life expectancy of district/city residents in the 2020-2023 period was recorded at 73.17 years, which is still below the national average life expectancy of 73.46 years.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase interest in entrepreneurship in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program of STAI Syekh H. Abdul Halim Hasan Al Ishlahiyah Binjai TA 2020/2021. The method used is the entrepreneurship program development method from Ndou and the entrepreneurship learning method from Esmi, which has 4 stages and methods as follows; 1) Phase of Inspiration (Inspiration); activities in this phase are entrepreneurship seminars. 2) Engagement Phase; activities in this phase of business practice. 4) Sustainability; Investment project, but this stage was not implemented due to time constraints. Overall this Community Service activity was carried out well. The team provides recommendations for the sustainability of student entrepreneurship namely; 1) Universities must build a Center for Study and Development of Student Entrepreneurship Activities, 2). Universities must provide facilities for student campus entrepreneurship activities, 3) Universities must provide activities that generate motivation and interest in student entrepreneurship, 4) Socialise the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program which facilitates entrepreneurial activities, namely Wirausaha-Merdeka so that students can be interested to become an entrepreneur.
