Abstract

Covid-19 is an acute respiratory disease caused by a new type of coronavirus. The disease first spread in Wuhan, China, spread almost all over the world, and caused a global pandemic. The main symptoms. The covid-19 disease includes cough, fever, and shortness of breath. This disease affects all groups, adults, the elderly, and children. Children need to get an easy-to-understand education about Covid-19 and its ways of prevention. This is the basis of the community service team to actively participate in efforts to prevent and control the Covid-19 virus by providing counseling or socialization about Covid-19 and its prevention efforts to the community. The purpose of this activity is so that the community gets socialization about the prevention of Covid-19 can understand the symptoms of Covid-19, how it is transmitted, and how to prevent it so that children can participate in efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission starting from themselves.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Ibu post sectio caesarea dapat menggunakan teknik untuk membantu mengurangi nyeri seperti teknik distraksi atau pengalihan yaitu memilih posisi menyusui dengan nyaman yang disebut biologic nurturing led feeding. Biologic nurturing led feeding yaitu posisi ketika memberikan ASI yang dirasakan membuat lebih nyaman sehingga nyeri pada luka post sectio caesarea tidak terlalu berat dirasakan. Distraksi ini akan membuat kontak antara kulit ibu dan bayi secara langsung, sehingga adanya distraksi yang dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi dari penerapan biologic nurturing baby led feeding terhadap nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea (sc). Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan one grup pre-test dan post-test. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode quasi eksperiment dengan jumlah 2 pasien ibu post sectio caesarea (SC). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SOP Biologic Nurturing Baby Led Feeding, Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat nyeri dan lembar observasi. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penerapan ini didapatkan penurunan skala nyeri pada Ny.E menunjukkan dari skala nyeri 7 (nyeri berat) pada hari ke-0 menjadi skala 3 (nyeri ringan) pada hari ke-2. Sedangkan Ny.N menunjukkan dari skala nyeri 5 (nyeri sedang) sebelum diberikan teknik posisi menyusui biologic nurturing baby led feeding dan setelah diberikan intervensi tersebut skala nyeri menjadi 2 (nyeri ringan). Kesimpulan : implementasi teknik posisi menyusui biologic nurturing baby led feeding efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada ibu post SC.

Abstract

As a government that has a very strategic authority and position related to its obligations as a "public service" to improve the welfare, prosperity, security and peace of society, regional governments have a very important role in regional development planning. Regional governments in this case must carry out their main tasks which of course must be adjusted to the vision, mission, goals and objectives that will be achieved later. Development is a complex process that requires significant changes in social structures, cultural values, and institutional frameworks to promote faster economic growth, reduce income disparities, and eradicate poverty. Apart from roads, trucks, cable cars and trains, roads are all road elements protected by land transportation infrastructure, including supporting buildings and traffic instruments that are above ground and above water. This scientific work was written using descriptive techniques. This approach can be described as a critical thinking methodology that involves reading articles or other items. In accordance with Law Number 23 of 2014, autonomous regional governments led by regional heads are organized by regional governments. One of the cities or districts in the Riau Islands Province that is still developing is Batam City. Regional governments are still concerned and monitoring infrastructure development. During the Covid-19 epidemic, environmental and meteorological conditions, obstacles and the process of road infrastructure development also occurred. However, considering the existing challenges and setbacks, this can be used as a basis for review and improvement in preparing for the next phase of regional government growth. Therefore, these difficulties do not become a challenge for local governments during the development process; instead, it can be taken into account later.   Keywords: Local Government; Development; Infrastructure
