Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools is a significant issue that can affect the physical, emotional, and social development of students. This research aims to identify the impact of bullying on the development of elementary school students, focusing on psychological, academic, and social relationship aspects. The study finds that students who experience bullying tend to exhibit decreased learning motivation, poor academic performance, and emotional disturbances such as anxiety and depression. Moreover, bullying victims often face difficulties in building healthy peer relationships. Therefore, efforts from schools, teachers, and parents are needed to create a safe and supportive environment to reduce and prevent bullying cases, as well as to facilitate the optimal development of students

Abstract

The development of information technology in the era of globalization has a positive and negative impact on people's lives, including elementary school children. While technological advances open up unlimited access to science, the uncontrolled flow of information also affects children's moral values. This article discusses the problem of low ethics and morals in elementary school children, identifies the causative factors, explains the role of teachers as moral agents, presents guidance and counseling strategies, and provides practical recommendations for teachers. With the right strategy, teachers are expected to be able to help students face global moral challenges and grow as a generation of character.Keywords: Ethics, morals, elementary school children, globalization, counseling guidance, character education

Abstract

Writing skills are one of the essential skills in learning Indonesian in elementary schools. However, the reality shows that many students still have difficulty in writing sentences correctly and effectively. This article examines five learning methods, namely the dictation method, writing exercises, syllabus, Think Talk Write, and picture media, with the aim of improving students' sentence writing skills. The results of literature research show that each method has its own advantages and significantly helps the development of students' writing. This article recommends that teachers use methods that are appropriate to the characteristics of students and the learning context.
