Abstract

Education is the influence given by adults to immature people, in this case the education given by teachers to children in order to help their development. The characteristics of the development of children in the early grades of elementary school are early childhood. Even though early childhood is a short period of growth for children, this period is a very important period in their lives. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage all children's potential during this period so that they can develop optimally. The development of first, second and third grade students is marked by mature physical growth and the ability to control the body and maintain balance. The intellectual development of children in the early elementary grades includes the ability to arrange and group objects, the ability to take an interest in numbers and letters, the ability to increase vocabulary, the ability to enjoy talking, the ability to understand cause and effect. effects, and is evident in the ability to develop an understanding of things. space and time.

Abstract

The ability to speak is an essential communication skill that needs to be developed from an early age. In elementary school students, mastery of this ability is often hampered by psychological factors such as shyness, lack of self-confidence, or social anxiety, as well as cognitive constraints in composing and organizing ideas coherently. This article elaborates on the strategic role of various innovative media in improving speech communication in elementary school students. The discussion focuses on the integration of visual, audio-visual, and interactive media that can create a fun, inclusive, and highly effective learning environment. The elaboration includes an in-depth review of basic communication theories and the developmental characteristics of elementary school students, as well as detailed identification and description of relevant media types, complete with practical guidelines for implementing and evaluating their use in the classroom. The research method used is a systematic literature study from various leading academic sources. The results of the discussion show that the strategic use of media can facilitate the process of learning to speak, reduce anxiety, and increase student motivation. It is hoped that this article will provide comprehensive insights and practical guidelines for educators, parents, and educational policy makers in selecting, designing, and utilizing the right media to encourage elementary school students to become confident, articulate, and persuasive speakers.

Abstract

Dokumen ini menyajikan analisis komprehensif mengenai berbagai permasalahan fundamental yang sering dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah dasar. Melalui integrasi informasi dari empat studi terpisah, fokus pembahasan meliputi kesulitan berkomunikasi antara siswa dan guru, rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa, kecemasan atau ketakutan terhadap guru dan mata pelajaran, serta fenomena kemalasan belajar. Permasalahan-permasalahan ini bersifat multidimensional, mencakup aspek internal (siswa, guru, strategi pembelajaran) dan eksternal (keluarga, sosial, kebijakan pemerintah), yang saling berkaitan dan memberikan dampak sistemik terhadap kualitas pendidikan serta perkembangan holistik siswa. Dokumen ini juga membahas faktor-faktor penyebab, dampak, serta menawarkan berbagai solusi dan rekomendasi praktis untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif dan kondusif.
