Abstract

Fenomena siswa saat ini yang gemar pada gaya hidup hedonistik, kapitalistik, dan materialistik merupakan serangan dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter. Nilai profetik dalam novel dapat dijadikan solusi sebagai bahan ajar agar peserta didik dapat menjadi manusia yang memiliki etika yang baik serta beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah Swt., yang merupakan bagian dari penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) nilai profetik dalam novel; (2) relevansi novel Guru Aini karya Andrea Hirata sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik baca catat. Teknik penyajian data dilakukan menggunakan teknik informal. Nilai profetik dalam novel meliputi humanisasi berupa sikap peduli terhadap sesama, tolong-menolong, rela berkorban, mengucapkan salam, dan kasih sayang, liberasi berupa sikap jujur, bekerja keras, rajin belajar, bertanggung jawab, dan pantang menyerah, serta transendensi berupa sikap bersyukur, beribadah, dan berdoa; (2) relevansi novel Guru Aini sebagai bahan ajar terdapat pada kurikulum merdeka fase F, yaitu pada materi teks novel dengan mengacu pada KD 3.9 menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan novel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk hegemoni patriarki yang terdapat dalam novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam karya Dian Purnomo, serta menganalisis relevansinya sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran sastra di kelas XII SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Data dalam penelitian berupa kutipan-kutipan dalam novel yang merepresentasikan praktik hegemoni patriarki. Temuan data kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam enam aspek: budaya, seksualitas, pekerjaan rumah tangga, kekerasan, kekuasaan, dan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 52 data yang merepresentasikan hegemoni patriarki, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: aspek budaya sebanyak 11 data (21,2%), aspek seksualitas 9 data (17,4%), aspek pekerjaan rumah tangga 8 data (15,3%), aspek kekerasan 11 data (21,2%), aspek kekuasaan 7 data (13,4%), dan aspek pendidikan 6 data (11,5%). Dominasi laki-laki atas perempuan dalam novel ini tidak hanya ditampilkan melalui kekuasaan fisik dan verbal, tetapi juga melalui struktur sosial dan norma budaya yang mengekang kebebasan serta hak perempuan.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, novel ini sangat relevan dijadikan bahan ajar sastra di kelas XII SMA karena mengangkat isu-isu sosial yang aktual, terutama ketimpangan gender. Pembelajaran berbasis novel ini dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap isu sosial, serta memperkuat karakter melalui pemahaman nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam karya sastra.

Abstract

Educational media has become a crucial tool that teachers need to provide in the teaching process, particularly in the current era of digital disruption. One relevant option for instructional media is digital comics. Digital comics hold the potential to be an effective and engaging learning tool. This study aims to conduct training on using instructional media in the form of Quizizz and digital comics through the Comic Life application in versions 3, 5, and 15. The methodology involves approaches such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. The activities take place at Wilcambidik Ngombol Elementary School, Purworejo Regency, targeting 30 teachers from PAUD (early childhood education), TK (kindergarten), and SD (elementary school) levels in the Wilcambidik Ngombol area. The challenges faced are the limited skills of teachers in developing innovative instructional media like digital comics and interactive quizzes. To address this, the proposed solution is to organize training on using Comic Life versions 3, 5, and 15, as well as Quizizz, for PAUD, TK, and SD teachers in the region. Furthermore, resource support and mentoring will be provided to enhance the development of innovative instructional media. This engagement activity encourages the participation of teachers from various school levels to enhance their understanding of utilizing digital comic media and the Quizizz platform. Preliminary analysis results indicate unmet needs in instructional media development. After participating in training involving experts like Dr. Khabib Sholeh, Mr. Suryo Daru Santoso, and Nurul Setyorini, participants demonstrated improved understanding and skills in digital literacy, utilizing the Quizizz platform, and implementing the Comic 2 Lite approach in the teaching process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of deixis based on context in the novel Narasi Perihal Ayah by Jaquenza Eden based on George Yule's theory. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. The object of this study is deixis in the novel Narasi Perihal Ayah by Jaquenza Eden. The focus of this study is the use of deixis based on context. The data sources of this study are direct or indirect quotations. The research instrument is the researcher supported by data recording paper along with writing tools in the form of data recording cards and reading the entire novel. The data collection technique used is the reading and note-taking technique. In the data analysis technique, the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman is used. In the data presentation technique, an informal technique is used. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that (1) deixis in the novel Narasi Perihal Ayah by Jaquenza Eden includes: (a) first person singular deixis; (b) first person plural deixis; (c) second person singular deixis; (d) third person singular deixis; (e) third person plural deixis; (f) place deixis; (g) time deixis. The novel Narasi Perihal Ayah by Jaquenza Eden is a novel that is related to the use of deixis. The use of deixis in the novel is to find out the context of what the characters say from direct and indirect quotes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the forms of abbreviations found in posts on the X account @discountfess from October to November 2025. This is a qualitative descriptive study. The research data consists of words, phrases, and sentences containing abbreviations. The data sources come from posts on the X account @discountfess from October to November 2025. Data were collected using the free observation and note-taking (SBLC) technique and the note-taking technique. The author acted as the research instrument, assisted by data recording cards. Data analysis was conducted using the distribution method with the direct element division technique, followed by the absorption technique. The results of the data analysis are presented using an informal method. The research results indicate that the use of abbreviated forms was found in posts from the X account @discountfess during the period from October to November 2025. A total of 207 instances of abbreviated forms were identified, comprising 111 abbreviations, 41 acronyms, 2 contractions, 45 fragments, and 8 symbols. The use of these abbreviations aims to make communication faster, more practical, and more efficient, as well as to serve as the user’s identity within the account, indicating a shared understanding among the followers of the X account @discountfess.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the representation of women's images in the short story anthology "Women-Winners" by Rahmat Jabaril. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was used in this study. The object of this study was the short story anthology "Women-Winners" by Rahmat Jabaril, published in 2022. The research data consisted of quotes, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs depicting women's images. Data collection techniques were carried out using reading and note-taking techniques. The research instrument was the researcher herself with the aid of data recording cards. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis were presented using informal methods. The results showed that the representation of women's images is divided into two main aspects: self-image and social image. Women's self-image encompasses physical and psychological aspects. The physical aspect is shown through biological conditions, body changes due to activity, and physical aging. The psychological aspect depicts women as persistent, independent, responsible, able to accept the realities of life, but also experiencing mental stress and limitations in making life choices. Meanwhile, women's social image encompasses women's roles in the family and society. Within the family, women are portrayed as wives who maintain household harmony, loving mothers, and hardworking figures who provide for their families. In society, women are portrayed as active, independent, and productive individuals capable of contributing to the economy, yet they still face objectification and vulnerability in public spaces.

Abstract

This study examines the psychosocial development of the main character in the Indonesian film Perayaan Mati Rasa directed by Umay Shahab, through the lens of Erik Erikson psychosocial development theory. The research focuses on two critical developmental stages: Identity vs. Role Confusion and Intimacy vs. Isolation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis method, this study identifies how the protagonist Ian navigates unresolved identity crises rooted in his childhood, marked by emotional absence of his father and persistent family pressure. The findings reveal that Ian exhibits signs of identity diffusion unable to articulate his own happiness or determine the direction of his life. As the narrative progresses, a series of relational crises including the sudden loss of his father and his mother's illness gradually push him from emotional isolation toward genuine intimacy. By the film's conclusion, Ian achieves identity resolution (virtue: fidelity) and relational intimacy (virtue: love). This study concludes that this film holds significant educational implications for affective learning and character education, particularly in developing students' self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and critical thinking skills.
