Abstract

Effective management of a student competition website is crucial in the contemporary digital landscape, as it can support a substantial number of participants and users with optimal performance. As the competition organizer, APTISI Jawa Timur Province often use a website as the platform for spreading information regarding these competitions. Recent advancements in these competitions encompass the introduction of additional levels and categories, participant administration functionalities, payment systems, work submissions, competition webinars, and the issuance of competition certificates. The competition website development team encounters difficulties in sustaining the website's features and quality. The swift advancement of information technology demands scalable and adaptable web solutions, especially for platforms that handle dynamic and intricate capabilities like student competition websites. This paper establishes the deployment of a microservices architecture on the student competition website (lokreatif.org) utilizing web service methodologies. The major goal is to improve the system's modularity, scalability, and maintainability by breaking the application into independently deployable services. Implementing microservices architecture in student competition websites allows each key function to be implemented as an independent service. This method not only improves the efficiency of development and maintenance but also facilitates more distributed development teams.

Abstract

Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP) merupakan program prioritas dan strategis yang dikoordinasi langsung oleh Kementerian Koperasi Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah 2025-2029 dan Panjang tahun 2025 – 2045. Program pengembangan koperasi di setiap desa dengan keunggulan lokal diharapkan meningkatkan ekonomi lokal yang berdaya saing global. Program baru dan pembentukan badan usaha koperasi ini perlu adanya kemampuan pengelolaan, kemampuan bisnis dan berdaya saing untuk setiap koperasi agar dapat menghasilkan keuntungan lokal. KDMP yang ada di Jawa Timur menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam mengakses pelatihan berkualitas yang relevan dan fleksibel. Keterbatasan waktu, biaya, dan fasilitas pendidikan formal menghambat peningkatan kapasitas bagi pengurus koperasi mereka. Penelitian ini merancang Digital Learning Hub ‘Sijawara’, sebuah platform pembelajaran daring yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menyediakan akses mudah ke video, materi tertulis, dan soal latihan. Metodologi Agile Scrum diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem ini, memastikan pengembangan yang adaptif dan berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna. Sijawara menawarkan fitur kunci seperti kursus daring terstruktur, kemampuan pelacakan progres, dan sertifikasi yang diakui. Inovasi penelitian ini terletak pada fokus geografis spesifik KDMP Jawa Timur dan integrasi fitur sertifikasi yang dapat diakui oleh Unit Pelatihan Dinas Koperasi, memberikan validasi konkret atas keterampilan yang diperoleh.
