Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja pegawai pada suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk evaluasi dan perencanaan perusahaan di masa datang. Setiap perusahaan  mempunyai  cara  yang  berbeda  dalam  melakukan  penilaian  kinerja  pegawai. Penilaian  kinerja harus dilakukan  dengan metode yang baik dan tepat sehingga dapat menjamin perlakuan yang adil serta memuaskan bagi para pegawai yang dinilai. Hal ini dapat menumbuhkan loyalitas dan semangat kerja pegawai. Pada makalah ini dibahas pembuatan sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai menggunakan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Parameter yang digunakan untuk batasan fungsi keanggotaan fuzzy berdasarkan pendapat pakar yaitu tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan dan faktor pengurang. Akurasi sistem dihitung dengan membandingkan keluaran sistem dengan penilaian pakar. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun menghasilkan akurasi 84%.

Abstract

Business process model was created to make it easier for business process stakeholders to communicate and discuss the structure of the process more effectively and efficiently. Business process models can also be business artifacts and media that can be analyzed further to improve and maintain organizational competitiveness. To analyze business processes in a structured manner, the effect/results of the execution of business processes will be one of the important information. The effect/result of the execution of certain activities or a business process as a whole are useful for managing business processes, including for improvements related to future business processes. This effect annotation approach needs to be supported by business process modeling tools to assist business analysts in managing business processes properly. In previous research, the author has developed a plugin that supports business analysts to describe the effects semantically attached to activities in the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) business process model. In this paper, the author describes the unit testing process and its results on the plugin of semantic effect annotation that have been developed. Unit testing was carried out using the basic path testing technique and has obtained three test paths. The results of unit test for plugin are also described in this paper.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memasuki era Society 5.0 mendorong organisasi untuk mempercepat proses transformasi digital, hal tersebut juga mendorok MGBK SMA Kota Malang untuk menyusun sebuah portal website untuk memudahkan proses bisnis organisasi dalam memberikan dampak yang luas pada organisasi. Namun kendala yang sering muncul dalam pembuatan website adalah ketidaksesuaian antarmuka dengan keinginan pengguna. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode user centered design untuk menyesuaikan antara kebutuhan pengguna dan organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode user centered design berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kesesuaian antara kebutuhan pengguna dan proses bisnis organisasi

Abstract

A website is typically used as a medium for open, quick, and widespread information dissemination. Additionally, the website has been used for competition-related activities sponsored by an organization, such as information portal websites, registration portals, and competition evaluation media. One of the elements that determine how reliable a website is is its capacity to respond to and handle user requests. Additionally, a website that handles some information related to national competitions needs to be highly reliable. Performance testing was used in this study to evaluate how well the LO KREATIF website responded to and served users, particularly at the same time. The JMeter tool was used to conduct the performance test. The test results show that some web pages, in general, can serve up to 500 users at the same time stably without errorsWebsite pada umumnya digunakan sebagai media penyebaran informasi secara terbuka, cepat, up to date dan meluas. Website juga telah dikembangkan pemanfaatannya untuk kegiatan kompetisi yang diadakan oleh suatu organisasi/instansi seperti website sebagai portal informasi, media pendaftaran, maupun media penyampaian penilaian lomba. Kemampuan untuk melayani dan memproses permintaan pengguna menjadi salah satu faktor keandalan dari websitenya. Apalagi website yang mengelola sejumlah informasi berkaitan dengan kompetisi lomba di level nasional pasti membutuhkan tingkat keandalan tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian performa untuk mengetahui kualitas website lomba LO KREATIF dalam merespon dan melayani pengguna khususnya di waktu yang bersamaan. Pengujian performa dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu JMeter. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa halaman website secara umum dapat melayani sampai 500 pengguna dalam satuan waktu bersamaan dengan stabil tanpa eror

Abstract

Effective management of a student competition website is crucial in the contemporary digital landscape, as it can support a substantial number of participants and users with optimal performance. As the competition organizer, APTISI Jawa Timur Province often use a website as the platform for spreading information regarding these competitions. Recent advancements in these competitions encompass the introduction of additional levels and categories, participant administration functionalities, payment systems, work submissions, competition webinars, and the issuance of competition certificates. The competition website development team encounters difficulties in sustaining the website's features and quality. The swift advancement of information technology demands scalable and adaptable web solutions, especially for platforms that handle dynamic and intricate capabilities like student competition websites. This paper establishes the deployment of a microservices architecture on the student competition website (lokreatif.org) utilizing web service methodologies. The major goal is to improve the system's modularity, scalability, and maintainability by breaking the application into independently deployable services. Implementing microservices architecture in student competition websites allows each key function to be implemented as an independent service. This method not only improves the efficiency of development and maintenance but also facilitates more distributed development teams.

Abstract

BPMN has become the standard of business process modeling indescribing the existing series of business process. By engaging BPMN, an analystwould possibly able to model the whole business process activities in whichhe/she may analyze business process upon design time. It can be done byanalyzing the structure, behavior, or semantic of process model. In certaincondition one may ask a question what would the effects of the process be if itwere to be executed up to this point?. However, it cannot be solved with onlygraphical notation, but with its semantics. In practice, several modeling tools stilldo not provide a feature for managing information regarding the effects/resultsin the business process model. In fact, analysts should be supported with a toolin order to semantically enrich a process model with its effects. This articledescribes effect annotation semantically towards activity in the BPMN modelincluding the rules in representing its effects. The effect annotation will be suitedtowards activity type (atomic and compound activities). The outcomes of plugin development of eclipse BPMN2 modeler for representing semantic effect arealso described in this paper.

Abstract

Professional internship is one of the compulsory courses that need to be taken by any student at STIKI as a requirement to graduate. STIKI offers two kind of program that can be taken to accomplish this course, namely PPK (Proyek PKL Kerjasama) and PPM (Proyek PKL Mandiri). Both submission and working processes of those programs are very different, as a result, the administration process of those two are resolved separately even when those programs are still called professional internship. There is another problem related to professional internship, mentoring for each program also cannot be done optimally due to many factors, as a result, lecturers can’t evaluate the result of each of their mentored teams optimally. To answer those problems, an information system can be used as one of the solutions. The system needs to be able to manage both submissions of those programs, manage the mentoring of each program, and also manage processes in final seminar submission and project completion for both programs. Since STIKI does not have this kind of system before, this system is expected to be able to fulfill the needs of field practice management at this college.

Abstract

Administrative tasks in early childhood education centers often face challenges when conducted manually, leading to delays in reporting, data inconsistencies, and limited access for parents. Unlike conventional school management systems, this study specifically targets kindergarten-level reporting that aligns with regional government formats (Korwilkersatdik) in Indonesia. To address these issues, this study focuses on designing and developing a web-based information system to help manage administrative and reporting activities at TK Dharma Wanita 91 Pesanggaran, a kindergarten in Banyuwangi, Indonesia. The research applied a descriptive qualitative method and followed a structured software development process, including system analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The system was built using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database. It includes modules for student registration, payment validation, attendance tracking, lesson planning, and monthly report generation. Each module was tested using black-box testing and successfully met functional requirements. The implementation of the system significantly reduced manual workload, improved reporting accuracy, and facilitated better communication with parents. The results indicate that the system effectively supports the institution’s operational needs and aligns with reporting standards set by local education authorities. Future development may focus on adding mobile accessibility and analytical features to provide broader access and deeper insights for school management. This study demonstrates how a domain-specific information system can significantly improve the efficiency of kindergarten administration while meeting government reporting standards.
