Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian banjir di Kelurahan Sumur Panggang, Kecamatan Margadama, Kota Tegal. Pengendalian banjir adalah tugas yang kompleks dan harus di lakukan secara menyeluruh untuk mencapai hasil yang efektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis klasifikasi kali kemiri menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui perhitungan curah hujan, perhitungan curah hujan per wilayah terdampak, dan perhitungan debit air sungai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kali kemiri itu sendiri memiliki panjang total 2km, lebar 30cm, kedalaman sekitar 2m serta memiliki kemiringan 1 : 2 dari kedalaman sungai. Dan pada perhitungan curah hujan pada metode aljabbar dengan hasil 32,8 mm serta pada metode isohyet 32,71 mm hanya selisih beberapa mm. Serta pada perhitungan debit sungai kali kemiri dapat ditemukan 10,14 m3/detik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, di sarankan untuk lebih meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pengendalian banjir dan cara mengurangi dampaknya, serta melakukan pembersihan rutin terkait saluran drainase di Kelurahan Sumur Panggang, Kecamatan Margadana, Kota Tegal

Abstract

Public Street Lighting (PJU) is a vital component of urban infrastructure that plays a crucial role in enhancing safety, comfort, and environmental aesthetics. This study aims to analyze the existing condition of public street lighting on Sultan Agung Road based on applicable technical standards, calculate the costs required for repair or replacement, and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of PJU. The research methods include field observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and data analysis based on the standards regulated in the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 12/PRT/M/2014 concerning Guidelines for Public Street Lighting. The results indicate that the condition of PJU on Sultan Agung Road is still suboptimal, with several issues identified, such as uneven light intensity, broken or non-functioning lamps, and the use of inefficient technology. Based on cost analysis, a specific budget is estimated to be required for the repair and replacement of PJU equipment. Recommended solutions include the use of LED lighting technology, rearrangement of lamp post spacing, and improvement of maintenance systems. This research is expected to serve as a reference for local governments in planning and budgeting for PJU improvements, as well as providing benefits to the community by enhancing comfort and safety on Sultan Agung Road.

Abstract

Clean water is a vital resource that must be sustainably available to support human life. In Tegal City, the provision and distribution of clean water is primarily managed by Perumdam Tirta Bahari through a piping distribution system. However, several challenges persist, including high leakage rates, unserved customers, and areas not yet covered by the distribution network. One such underserved area is the Citraland neighborhood. This study aims to design a clean water distribution network using the EPANET 2.2 software, which simulates the hydraulic conditions of piping systems. The results of the network design are expected to meet water demand efficiently and effectively, while also expanding the service coverage of Perumdam Tirta Bahari. Through a technical and modeling approach, the Citraland area is projected to become a new service zone with optimal pressure and discharge levels according to standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the availability and need of irrigation water in rice fields in Karangbale Village, Brebes Regency. The availability of irrigation water is vital for the sustainability of agriculture, especially rice crops, which are the main commodities in Indonesia. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through field observations, interviews with farmers, and analysis of related documents. The research period lasted from January to June 2025. The results showed that the total effective rainfall during the planting period reached 858.2 mm, which resulted in water availability of 2,136,138 m³ for a land area of 249 Ha. Meanwhile, the total water requirement for rice plants during one planting cycle (120 days) is 600 mm, with the maximum requirement in the vegetative phase of 6 mm/day and the generative phase of 4 mm/day. Analysis of the water balance shows that there is a gap between water availability and demand, where the inflow and outflow from irrigation canals are recorded equally, which is 6,545 m³/s. However, the water requirement for rice plants can reach 1,494,000 m³, indicating that the availability of water does not always meet the water needs of plants, especially in the dry season. Factors affecting the availability of irrigation water in Karangbale Village have been identified, including: garbage accumulation in irrigation canals, sediment accumulation, soil quality, and rainfall variability. Garbage buildup can lead to blockage of water flow and pollution of water quality, while sediment reduces channel capacity and slows flow. Good soil quality can be beneficial for rice plants and other crops. Uneven rainfall fluctuations also have an impact on water availability, creating periods of drought or excess water. Based on these findings, it is recommended that water resource management in Karangbale Village be improved through the following steps: public education on the importance of waste management, repair and maintenance of irrigation infrastructure to reduce sediment accumulation, and training farmers on good soil management practices. These measures are expected to support food security and agricultural sustainability in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa besar pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Islami Mutiara Bunda Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori kuantitatif. Data yang diolah ada hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 20 responden pekerja Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Islami Mutiara Bunda Brebes. Teknik analisis data uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisiensi determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,485, dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,485. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis keselamatan kerja menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 3,805 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,001 dan kesehatan kerja menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 3,670 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,002. Dengan hasil ini berarti variabel Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) berpengaru positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pekerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Islami Mutiara Bunda Brebes.

Abstract

The irrigation flow in the rice fields of Wangan Gede village is currently still inadequate. This is evident in several areas where there is still a shortage, and some plots have not been perfectly irrigated, and during the dry season, water needs in Wangan Gede village can be said to be insufficient. Therefore, there is a need for an efficiency analysis of the irrigation flow.The purpose of this research is to determine effective rainfall, the amount of water loss, and the efficiency of water drainage in tertiary channels. This research was conducted using the Inflow-Outflow method on tertiary channels in Wangan Gede Village, Tonjong District, Brebes Regency, Central Java. This study uses rainfall data, analysis of water flow velocity, average water flow velocity (Vav), cross-sectional area of the channel (A), inflow and outflow of water, water loss, and water drainage efficiency. Based on the analysis results, the highest reliable rainfall was found in January of period 1, amounting to 273, while the lowest was recorded from July 2019 to September 2023, amounting to 0. The average water loss in conveyance channel 1 is 0.1352 m3/s, channel 2 is 0.2398 m3/s, channel 3 is 0.2348 m3/s, channel 4 is 0.3114 m3/s, channel 5 is 0.3334 m3/s, channel 6 is 0.2360 m3/s, channel 7 is 0.1682 m3/s, and channel 8 is 0.3694 m3/s. The average efficiency for the tertiary channels is 71.240%, while the percentage of water loss in the tertiary channels is 28.760%.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mewujudkan pembangunan nasional, pemerintah memberikan perhatian yang sangat besar terhadap pembangunan pedesaan, hal ini didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa desa merupakan tempat berdiamnya sebagian besar rakyat Indonesia. Pembangunan jalan pedesaan dengan melibatkan secara maksimal masyarakat setempat dalam setiap tahapan (perencanaan, operasional dan pemeliharaan) merupakan keharusan, sehingga akan memberikan manfaat yang dapat dirasakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap manfaat dari dibangunnya.Bentuk Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif merupakan penelitian mengenai suatu subjek penelitian yang berkenaan dengan suatu fase spesifik atau khas dari keseluruhan personalitas.
