Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the entrepreneurship course on the entrepreneurial attitudes and skills of students in the Physics Education program. As the demand for graduates who are not only academically competent but also possess entrepreneurial spirit increases, the role of entrepreneurship education becomes more crucial. This research utilized a survey method and quantitative data analysis involving 60 Physics Education students from a university in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurship course has a positive and significant effect on enhancing students' understanding of business concepts, fostering creativity, and sharpening entrepreneurial skills. Therefore, it is recommended that this course be strengthened in the Physics Education curriculum to better prepare students for the challenges of the job market.

Abstract

The community service team observed that a common issue faced by students in partner schools is difficulty focusing during lessons, largely due to distractions from gadgets, particularly social media. Many students become fixated on social media applications, ignoring ongoing lessons. This concern has prompted our partner schools to organize interactive discussions and provide information on how to use social media wisely and manage time between learning and gadget use. And the goal of our community service was to raise awareness and provide training on responsible social media use, prevent the impact of social media on adolescent brain development (brain rot), and improve students' focus and thinking skills. The methods used in this community service included: (a) analyzing the needs and problems, (b) observing and understanding the policies of the partner schools in addressing these issues, and (c) conducting activities that involved socializing responsible social media use and brain development training. The community service was conducted on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at MA Bina Mulia, Pasir Putih Village, Sawangan District, Depok, West Java, from 08:00 to 10:00 WIB. The event consisted of a presentation on "Brain Rot in Productive Age Teenagers," followed by training aimed at enhancing focus and reasoning skills

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of human resource management (HRM) in facing the Industry 5.0 era through a systematic literature review approach. Industry 5.0 represents a paradigm shift from automation toward collaboration between humans and intelligent technologies within a human-centric framework. Based on an extensive review of scholarly literature indexed in Google Scholar and Mendeley from 2019 to 2024, the findings indicate that digital HR transformation requires organizations to adapt through the integration of AI, big data, and IoT technologies in recruitment, career development, and performance evaluation processes. Moreover, transformational leadership and innovative organizational culture play vital roles in ensuring the success of this transformation. The results also highlight that the success of HRM in the Industry 5.0 era is determined not only by technological capabilities but also by the organization’s ability to balance productivity, employee well-being, and digital ethics. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of an adaptive, humanistic, and sustainable HRM model that supports organizational competitiveness in the Industry 5.0 era..

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan akan pembelajaran fisika yang lebih dekat dengan kehidupan nyata mahasiswa. Dengan menggabungkan konsep kelistrikan dan literasi ekonomi, mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika UNINDRA diberi tantangan untuk membuat maket rumah yang dilengkapi rangkaian listrik seri dan paralel, dengan batas anggaran maksimal Rp150.000. Proyek ini tidak hanya melatih pemahaman konsep fisika secara praktis, tetapi juga mendorong mahasiswa untuk berpikir ekonomis, kreatif, dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan tiga kelompok mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 4–5 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan laporan proyek. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kelompok mampu menyelesaikan proyek dengan baik, menggunakan biaya antara Rp75.500 hingga Rp112.000. Mahasiswa tidak hanya menunjukkan penguasaan konsep kelistrikan, tetapi juga kemampuan dalam mengelola anggaran, bekerja sama, dan mengambil keputusan secara bijak. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek seperti ini terbukti dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual, bermakna, dan relevan dengan tantangan zaman

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a crucial component in equipping students with relevant skills in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship applications as a learning medium to enhance students' entrepreneurial competencies. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a survey design conducted on 200 students participating in entrepreneurship education programs at several universities. The findings of the study indicate that the use of entrepreneurship applications significantly improves students' understanding of entrepreneurship concepts, managerial skills, and creativity in designing and running businesses. Additionally, the application facilitates the development of soft skills such as communication, decision-making, and risk management among students. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship applications are effective as a learning medium that supports the development of students' entrepreneurial competencies. The recommendation from this research is the need for broader integration of application-based technology into entrepreneurship curricula in higher education to support a generation of innovative and adaptive entrepreneurs
