Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu departemen yang diperlukan di industri, khususnya di bidang perhotelan, untuk mengawasi disiplin kerja karyawan demi mencapai kinerja yang maksimal. Tujuan studi ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi dan kompensasi secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Kokonut Suites pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. 2. Untuk mengetahui peran budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Kokonut Suites pada masa Pandemi. 3. Untuk mengetahui peran kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Kokonut Suites pada masa Pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Hotel Kokonut Suites. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua pegawai tetap di Hotel Kokonut Suites, sebanyak 32 orang. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan Hotel Kokonut Suites, yaitu 32 karyawan, agar hasil penelitian menjadi lebih baik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peran positif variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan adanya peran positif variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berperan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini mendukung hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa organisasi dan kompensasi secara simultan berperan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Human Resources is one of the departments needed in the industry, especially in the hospitality sector, to oversee employee work discipline in order to achieve maximum performance. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. To determine the role of organizational culture and compensation together on employee performance at Kokonut Suites Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2. To determine the role of organizational culture on employee performance at Kokonut Suites Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3. To determine the role of compensation on employee performance at Kokonut Suites Hotel during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research location is Kokonut Suites Hotel. The population in this study consisted of all permanent employees at Kokonut Suites Hotel, totaling 32 people. This study involves all 32 employees of Kokonut Suites Hotel to ensure better research results. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data analysis in this study indicate a positive role of organizational culture variables on employee performance and a positive role of compensation variables on employee performance. Organizational culture and compensation have a simultaneous role in employee performance. These results support the hypothesis that organizational culture and compensation simultaneously have a positive impact on employee performance.
