Abstract

This research aims to increase students' interest in learning through the implementation of a project-based learning model at SD Negeri 12 Langkai. Students' low interest in learning is one of the main obstacles in achieving learning goals, so an approach is needed that is able to create interesting and relevant learning experiences. Project Based Learning is used by integrating real projects that involve students in the learning process actively, from planning to project completion. The learning process is focused on collaboration, exploration and creativity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores the impact of the communication climate and leadership style on employee satisfaction. The study, conducted at PT.X, is grounded in the belief that integrating an efficient leadership approach with a robust communication system within an organization is vital for enhancing teamwork and overall effectiveness. The achievement of organizational goals is significantly influenced by both formal and informal employee interactions. A positive work environment encourages more productive collaboration, thereby fostering a stronger connection between employees and the company. This study employs a quantitative methodology, using a full sample of 60 employees at or below the supervisory level. The results indicate that while the communication climate and interpersonal communication have a notable effect on job satisfaction, leadership style does not exhibit a statistically significant impact.   Keywords: communication climate, leadership style, job satisfaction   ABSTRAK Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana iklim komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dilaksanakan di PT.X, studi ini didasarkan pada gagasan bahwa penggabungan model kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan kerangka komunikasi yang kuat di antara anggota organisasi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi serta kinerja secara keseluruhan. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada interaksi formal dan informal antar karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja sama dengan lebih optimal dan memperkuat keterikatan mereka terhadap perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif secara sensus, penelitian ini melibatkan 60 karyawan di tingkat supervisi ke bawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun iklim organisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan secara statistik.   Kata kunci: iklim komunikasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja
