Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat (Permenkes RI Nomor 3 Tahun 2020). Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hak setiap orang yang dijamin dalam Undang- Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 yang harus diwujudkan dengan upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi tingginya. Rekam medis merupakan dokumen penting yang berisi informasi kesehatan pasien. Pengelolaan rekam medis yang baik, termasuk sistem penyimpanan dan pengamanan, sangat krusial untuk menjamin kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan kerahasiaan data pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan mengenai sistem penyimpanan dan pengamanan rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Ibunda Kota Serang. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan mengenai berbagai sistem penjajaran rekam medis, seperti sistem alfabetis, alfanumerik, dan numerik, serta teknik penyimpanan yang aman berhasil ditingkatkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor post-test dibandingkan dengan pre-test. Dengan demikian, diharapkan peningkatan pengetahuan ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan rekam medis, mengurangi risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan data, serta menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pasien. Abstract

Abstract: Hospitals are a health care institution that organizes plenary health services that provide inpatient services, outpatient and emergency depth. In providing health services to the community, hospitals must pay attention to the quality of health services to the community. Quality health services are one of the benchmarks of satisfaction that has for the desire of patients to return to institutions that provide effective health services, including inpatient services. Inpatient services will be able to influence the level of efficiency in the hospital. The level of efficiency of inpatient services is not enough only with raw data or data from the daily census of hospitalization, but must be processed first into the indicators of hospitalization (Bed occupancy ratio), Alos (Average Length of Stay), TOI (turn over interval) and BTO (Bed Turn Over). This study aims to analyze the efficiency of the use of beds in the NICU service unit based on health care indicators in RSUD Dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Kab. Attack. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach to data collection using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a retrospective approach with the survey method using a checklist sheet. Data sample data recapitulation of hospitalization daily census in the NICU service unit 2022 and 2023 periods. The results showed that the efficiency of the use of beds in the NICU service unit at RSUD DR. Dradjat Prawiranegara Kab. Serang based on the Bed Occupancy rate of 86% in the period 2022 and amounting to 102% in 2023; Based on the value of ALOS (Average Length of Stay), 14 days in the period 2022 and 13 days in the period of 2023; Based on the TOI value (turn over interval), which in the period 2022 exceeded the ideal value of 4 days and had not yet reached an ideal value in 2023 by -1 days; Based on the value of BTO (Bed Turn Over), which was 1222 / year by 2023 in 2023 9 times / year. So for the drill value, Alos, Toi and BTO on the NICU service unit at RSUD Dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Kab. Serang in the period 2022 and 2023, which is inefficient. Too high use of beds, so it needs to be a hospital development or addition of beds, especially the NICU service unit in RSUD Dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Kab. Abstract

Abstract: The incidence of low birth weight (LBW) is one of the most important health problems in the world. Nationally, LBW is still a significant problem and affects maternal and child health in various regions. Based on a preliminary survey conducted at RSUD Melawi, there were 6 LBW babies out of 10 mothers who gave birth which was related to the age of the mother. Based on the income aspect, there were 4 low-income mothers and 2 high-income mothers. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation of demographic and economic aspects of the family with the incidence of Low Birth Weight Infants (LBW). The research design used in this study was case control. The study was conducted in January 2024 at the Melawi Regional General Hospital. The population was pregnant women who gave birth at the Melawi Regional General Hospital during January to December 2023 as many as 248 people. The sample amounted to 35 case respondents and 35 control respondents selected using accidental sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between maternal age (p value: 0.001) and no relationship between family economy (p value: 0.623) with the incidence of Low Birth Weight Infants (LBW). It is recommended for the hospital to improve the ability to handle pregnant women at risk so as to help smooth the delivery and for pregnant women to routinely visit to check their pregnancy in order to know how the development of the fetus in the womb.Keywords: Low Birth Weight Infants, Demographic Aspects, Family Economics.
