Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit either simultaneously or partially. Questionnaires were distributed to 101 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicated that all questions were stated to be valid and reliable. The results of multiple correlation analysis stated that there were very strong relationships between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK, the result of the coefficient of determination can be explained by 70.8%. The multiple regression analysis F test (simultaneous) states that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT WISE. The results of the t (partial) test state that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is behavior outside the tasks specified by the company that has a positive impact on the company. Given the magnitude of the influence of compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, it is appropriate for companies to pay attention to this matter to run the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is path analysis. The sample used in this research is all employees of PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor, totaling 40 peoples. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, simultaneously compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, partially compensation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, partially organizational climate and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction is not able to mediate organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload variables, work stress and work motivation on work productivity among PT A B C. This sampling technique uses simple random sampling, with up to 100 respondents. The measurements in this questionnaire use an Ordinal scale. The data analysis technique in this research uses the IBM SPSS v22 software application with the path analysis method (path analysiss). The analysis used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of determination test, t test and Sobel test. The results of this study show that workload has a direct negative and significant effect on work motivation, work stress has a direct negative and significant effect on work motivation, workload has a direct negative and significant effect on work productivity, work stress has a direct negative and significant effect on work productivity, motivation work has a direct positive effect on work productivity, workload has an indirect effect on work productivity through work motivation and work stress has an indirect effect on work productivity through work motivation.
