Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-LKPD struktur atom yang berbasis model Learning Cycle 5E dengan menggunakan liveworksheet serta untuk menganalisis kualitas dari E-LKPD tersebut. Penelitian ini menerapkan model pengembangan 4D, sampai pada tahap uji validitas dan uji praktikalitas. Proses validitas melibatkan lima orang validator, sedangkan uji praktikalitas melibatkan dua guru kimia dan 28 siswa Fase E dari SMA N 2 Koto XI Tarusan. Rumus Aiken’s V akan digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil uji validitas, sedangkan uji praktikalitas dianalisis dengan persentase skor pencapaian. Dari hasil hasil analisis didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,87 yang dikategorikan valid. Untuk hasil kepraktisan dari guru sebesar 88% yaitu sangat praktis dan 87% dari peserta didik dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD struktur atom berbasis model Learning Cycle 5E menggunakan liveworksheet untuk SMA kelas X telah valid dan praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan  permainan kartu Truth or Dare (TOD) kimia sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis game based learning pada materi struktur atom  untuk fase E SMA/MA dan menentukan validitas dan tingkat praktikalitasnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Educational Design Research (EDR) dengan model pengembangan Plomp. Produk penelitian ini divalidasi oleh lima validator, tiga dosen kimia FMIPA UNP dan dua guru bidang studi kimia SMAN 1 Lubuk Sikaping. Hasil penelitian data validitas ahli materi dan ahli media dengan skala Aiken’s V masing-masing 0,92 dan 0,88 dikategorikan valid. Praktikalitas dilakukan oleh guru kimia SMAN 1 Lubuk Sikaping memperoleh nilai 93,8% dikategorikan sangat praktis. Praktikalitas dilakukan oleh sepuluh orang peserta didik SMAN 1 Lubuk Sikaping memperoleh nilai 97,7% dikategorikan sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, permainan kartu Truth or Dare (TOD) kimia sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis game based learning pada materi struktur atom  untuk fase E SMA/MA dapat dikategorikan valid dan sangat praktis.

Abstract

Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) terhadap materi struktur atom yang berbasis Team Games Tournament menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini, yang juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas dari perangkat ajar yang dikembangkan tersebut. Educational Design Research merupakan jenis dari penelitian dengan model pengembangan Plomp yang mencakup tiga tahapan utama dalam model ini, yaitu tahap penelitian pendahuluan, tahap pembuatan prototipe, dan tahap penilaian, namun penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap prototipe III.  Tiga orang dosen kimia FMIPA UNP dan dua orang guru kimia dari SMAN 5 Padang merupakan validator dari produk yang dikembangkan.  Validasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Aiken’s V memperoleh nilai 0,95% yang menandakan bahwa tingkat kevalidan yang diperoleh dari hasil pengembangan LKPD berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa LKPD struktur atom berbasis Team Games Tournament untuk kelas X fase E SMA telah valid

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan implikasinya pada peningkatan kinerja guru di SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menginterpretasi objek sesuai dengan apa adanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru yaitu: pertama, berorientasi pada tujuan untuk mewujudkan pencapaian visi misi sekolah, dengan mengutamakan musyawarah untuk memecahkan persoalan, melibatkan guru-guru dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui kegiatan pelatihan, KKG dan webinar, serta memberikan bimbingan dan arahan kepada guru dan staf administrasi dan membangun komunikasi dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan guru, staf administrasi dan siswa. Kedua, implikasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru, yaitu sekolah diorientaskan pada pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan, meningkatnya suasana demokratis di lingkungan sekolah, guru-guru merasa dihargai karena kebijakan sekolah diambil berdasarkan hasil musyawarah, meningkatnya kompetensi guru, sehingga kinerja guru menjadi semakin baik, meningkatnya kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan profesinya sebagai pendidik dan terbangunnya rasa keakraban dan kekeluargaan This research aims to determine the Principal's Leadership Style and its implications for improving teacher performance at SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru. Using a qualitative descriptive method, namely research carried out to interpret objects according to what they are. The results of the research show that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru is: first, goal-oriented to realize the achievement of the school's vision and mission, by prioritizing deliberation to solve problems, involving teachers in decision making, and increasing competence teachers through training activities, KKG and webinars, as well as providing guidance and direction to teachers and administrative staff and building communication and maintaining good relationships with teachers, administrative staff and students. Second, the implications of the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru, namely that the school is oriented towards achieving educational goals, increasing the democratic atmosphere in the school environment, teachers feeling appreciated because school policies are taken based on the results of deliberation, increasing teacher competence, so that teacher performance becomes better, teacher competence increases in carrying out their profession as educators and a sense of closeness and kinship is built.

Abstract

Digital teaching materials have been widely developed for chemistry education, but studies specifically analyzing the need to develop electronic student worksheets (E-LKM) based on Guided Inquiry Learning (GIL) and integrated with Augmented Reality for chemical bonding remain limited. This study aims to analyze the need to develop GIL-based E-LKM integrated with Augmented Reality for Phase F chemical bonding at SMA Negeri 6 Padang. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey design involving three chemistry teachers and 70 Phase F Grade XI students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured interviews and a needs analysis questionnaire and were subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The findings indicate that chemistry instruction remains dominated by lecture methods and the use of conventional teaching materials. A total of 60% of the students experienced difficulty understanding chemistry content, 65% stated that chemical bonding was difficult to understand, 68.6% considered the teaching materials used to be less engaging, 57.1% had never used E-LKM, and 82.9% had never used teaching materials that visualized concepts through images, text, or three-dimensional models. These findings indicate a need to develop GIL-based E-LKM integrated with Augmented Reality to facilitate more active and engaging learning and assist students in visualizing abstract concepts in chemical bonding. This study provides an empirical basis for developing digital teaching materials that address the needs of teachers and students in Phase F chemistry instruction.

Abstract

The National Curriculum encourages the use of digital technology to facilitate active, interactive, and student-centered learning. However, hydrocarbon instruction remains dominated by the use of printed worksheets and therefore does not fully support students’ active engagement. This study aims to develop Guided Inquiry Learning-oriented electronic student worksheets (E-LKM) assisted by Liveworksheets for hydrocarbon topics for Phase F senior high school students and to examine the validity of the resulting product. The study employed the Plomp development model, comprising the preliminary research and prototyping phases. The development process was limited to the third prototype stage, which included self-evaluation, expert review, and one-to-one evaluation. Product validation involved three lecturers from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Padang, and two chemistry teachers from SMA Negeri 4 Payakumbuh, while the one-to-one evaluation involved three students with different levels of academic ability. Data were collected through interview guidelines, a needs analysis questionnaire, validation sheets, and a student response questionnaire and were subsequently analyzed using Aiken’s V index and descriptive analysis. The findings showed that the E-LKM obtained an average Aiken’s V value of 0.89, which was categorized as valid. The one-to-one evaluation results also showed that the E-LKM was easy to use, had an attractive visual appearance, and received positive responses from students. Thus, the Guided Inquiry Learning-oriented E-LKM assisted by Liveworksheets for hydrocarbon topics met the validity criteria and demonstrated initial practicality, making it suitable for use as an alternative digital learning medium in chemistry instruction.
