Abstract

Avocado has not become a leading commodity in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The potential for avocado development in this region is still open because it is supported by local germplasm. Characterization and evaluation of local avocado germplasm need to be carried out to improve plants and obtain superior varieties. Research on morphological characterization and evaluation of local accession avocado fruit was conducted in the Bangka Island region from September 2021 to August 2022. Research was conducted on 4 avocado plants that were considered to have the potential superior accession, i.e., Babel-1, Babel-2, Babel-3 and Babel-4. Observations were made on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the fruit. The UPGMA hierarchical grouping method was used to analyze the similarity of accessions and scoring assessment method was used to assess its superiority. Based on observations of the morphological characteristics of the fruit, Babel-1 and Babel-2 avocados have a similarity coefficient of 67%, Babel-4 avocados 62%, and Babel-3 avocados 57%. The scoring assessment of the Babel-1, Babel-2, Babel-3, and Babel-4 avocados was: 72; 69; 64; 70.

Abstract

Performa keuangan Perusahaan berperan sebagai indikator utama untuk menilai stabilitas dan efektivitas manajemen keuangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Pan Brothers Tbk tahun 2023 mencakup Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas, dan Profitabilitas, yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan Perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan likuiditas perusahaan sangat baik, tetapi solvabilitas menunjukkan ketergantungan tinggi terhadap utang. Efisiensi operasional perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam pengelolaan aset dan piutang. Meskipun laba operasional positif, beban non-operasional yang tinggi menyebabkan kerugian bersih. Tekanan eksternal seperti fluktuasi nilai tukar dan harga bahan baku juga mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini terbatas pada dua tahun analisis dan tidak membahas faktor manajerial secara kualitatif. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan perlu mengevaluasi strategi, meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, dan memperbaiki struktur pendanaan untuk pertumbuhan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore human resource management (HRM) within the context of Generation Z leadership in the digital era, using a case study of the Jabar Bergerak Zillenial organization in Cirebon City. As digital natives, Generation Z leaders possess unique characteristics in leadership and HR management. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Generation Z leadership emphasizes the use of technology, rapid communication, and work flexibility. Core values such as collaboration, openness, and results orientation underpin team management practices. Digital technology adaptation also plays a key role in training, coordination, and performance evaluation. The main challenge lies in balancing young workers’ need for flexibility with the organization’s performance goals. The study recommends that Gen Z-led organizations develop adaptive HRM strategies that foster creativity, recognize individual achievements, and create a supportive work environment that enhances digital skills to improve overall effectiveness and performance.

Abstract

All kinds of things and and activities can be accesed through the internet, in service, the internet is becoming widely used as media activity for finansial management, primarily because of its contributions to efficiency. This is because internet technology is present asa multipurpose media, and that characteristic makes the internet provide opportunities and benefits in coporate servies, because the internet can stressors the relationship between financial management and company leaders by making it easer to provide interventions to provide financial reporting services because there are many potential benefits to internet use in supporting financial management services, one is managing the financial report in a company’s performance online whitout time and place attached. In deadling with input data management and expenditures of a company, specialized in data management, using the waterfall model, where are current financial management and company leaders wish to create a financial report, to allow for a full accounting of the report within 24 hours and to be accessed anywhere. Therefore, with the application of this company’s financial report website, it is very useful and very helpful for leaders in viewing the results of expenditure data and income data whitout the hassle of seeing the results so that information system canbe accessed easily and can be accessed anywhere, information sytems can provide convenience in viewing the results of monthly financial reports through income ,information systems can provide convenience in financial management performance so that financial reports become more organized.
