<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTeknologi digital dan inovasi dalam suatu produk makanan memiliki peranan penting dalam sarana promosi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Salah satu UMKM yang berpotensi ada di Desa Rembun Kecamatan Siwalan Kabupaten Pekalongan adalah Asep Tempe. Asep Tempe ini sebagai mitra dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pengembangan UMKM Asep Tempe melalui bahasa sebagai branding dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Metode dan tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah studi pustaka, survei, dan wawancara. Luaran yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan ini antara lain profil usaha mitra, pengembangan usaha mitra, strategi inovasi yang telah dilakukan mitra dan proses pembuatan tempe. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian memuat produk dan pemasaran mitra dikenal lebih luas oleh masyarakat Desa Rembun itu sendiri maupun lingkup Kecamatan, Kabupaten, bahkan Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Teknologi Digital, UMKM, Tempe, Rembun ABSTRACTDigital technology and innovation in food products plays an important role in the promotion of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The methods and stages carried out in the implementation of this community service are literature studies, surveys, and interviews. The outputs produced in this activity include partner business profiles, partner business development, innovation strategies that have been carried out by partners and the process of making tempeh.
