Abstract

Danez Health Care is a pharmaceutical service facility that has been established since 2014 and now has 1 Clinic branch and 4 Pharmacy branches in Purwakarta, Bekasi and Bogor. Danez Health Care's head office is in the same location as its clinic, namely in Bogor. However, the attendance process that occurs at Danez Health Care is still done manually by each branch which makes it difficult for Finance / HRD to control working hours and calculate the net salary of employees at each branch. Seeing the existing problems and to make it easier for Finance/HRD to control employee working hours and attendance accuracy, a website-based employee attendance and payroll application is needed using the Laravel framework and scrum methodology. To produce salary calculations that are directly systemised on employee attendance data, it also makes it easier to collect attendance data. The design of the application uses UML design tools, balsamiq mockup, xampp and mysql as a database. The results of this study are in the form of an attendance application that can be directly connected to the calculation of employee net salaries every month, and can produce pay slips, employee absence recap data from all branches, calculation of employee net salaries that can provide information quickly to Finance/HRD.

Abstract

The server is a media that has an important role to provide internet access services for its users. So that the network can be used optimally, a server is needed. This study aims to design server virtualization in the Vocational School Bhakti Persada with the aim of building a flexible server infrastructure that optimizes the use of server resources, so it can be adjusted to the workload so that hardware resources are optimal. This research conducted a solution using the concept of virtualization, namely the use of proxmox to design a virtual server that can minimize maintenance costs as well as in hardware procurement. The use of hardware resources provided by the server machine has not been used optimally so that the right steps are needed to overcome this problem. Research results obtained from server virtualization using proxmox to optimize server resources can manage servers efficiently in terms of time and cost.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous RW chairman election system in Pekayon Jaya Village, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City. And to find out the obstacles faced in the process of simultaneous RW chairman election in Pekayon Jaya, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City. The election process so far still uses conventional voting, namely by using paper media for the election process and manually calculating the election results, so that the calculation of election results is relatively long and calculations sometimes still occur errors. Advances in information technology today have brought considerable changes to humans, including the way to carry out voting. The use of computer technology in voting is known as electronic voting or e-voting, so that the election process becomes faster and more efficient. This system is designed using the research and development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the PHP programming language, Sublime Text 3, and the database files are designed using MySQL Xampp. The design of this information system is made to help, simplify, and anticipate errors that occur in the selection of RW Chairmen. Blackbox testing results show that the functions in the software can run properly and no errors are found. Feasibility testing includes system quality, information quality, service quality, intensity of use, user satisfaction, and benefits obtained. The test results of this e-voting system in the user test included a very good category. Therefore, the e-voting system is feasible to use, with future improvements.
