Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product affiliation on increasing fashion product sales on the Shopee marketplace using a Systematic Literature Review approach. This research approach involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various relevant and valid literature sources. Product affiliation, as a marketing technique involving collaboration with third parties to market products, has become an increasingly popular method among online sellers. The results of the literature review indicate that the implementation of product affiliation has a significant positive impact on increasing fashion product sales on Shopee. This impact is particularly evident in the increased visibility of products, more focused market targeting, and increased consumer trust in products marketed by reliable affiliates. In addition, this approach has also proven effective in increasing engagement and interaction between consumers and brands, which ultimately contributes to increased sales conversion. However, this study also found several challenges that must be addressed, such as selecting the right affiliates, assessing the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, and managing relationships with existing affiliates. By understanding these factors, sellers on Shopee can optimize the benefits of using affiliate programs and increase their fashion product sales more effectively. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to digital marketing and offer useful guidance for online sellers in implementing product affiliation strategies to achieve their sales targets. Further research is recommended to investigate the use of quantitative methods in assessing the long-term effects of affiliate programs on sales across various product categories.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)) are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy but still struggle with inconsistent product quality, weak managerial systems and limited competitiveness. This community‑engagement project aimed to strengthen MSME capabilities through ISO 9001:2015‑based quality management mentoring. An interactive webinar titled “Realising Excellent MSMEs through ISO 9001‑Based Assistance” was delivered by a multidisciplinary team of lecturers acting as trainers and facilitators. Training sessions combined conceptual lectures, implementation case studies and discussions on drafting SOPs, conducting internal audits and applying risk‑based thinking. Participants received a comprehensive package covering the rationale for quality management, the structure of clauses 4–10, and the step‑by‑step route to external certification. Post‑training feedback indicated improved understanding of how ISO 9001 can systematise processes, enhance efficiency and build market trust. The project demonstrates that knowledge‑driven academic–industry collaboration can accelerate MSMEs’ move “up the ladder” and make them more competitive. Follow‑up on‑site mentoring is recommended to ensure sustained adoption of ISO 9001 within participating enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation in human resource management (HRM) on both individual performance and organizational productivity. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the research examined 15 selected scholarly articles published between 2010 and 2025 that are relevant to the application of AI in HRM. The literature selection process followed several stages, including identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion, by utilizing academic databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ResearchGate. The synthesis results reveal that AI adoption in HR functions—such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee retention—enhances efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed. The positive impacts of AI are evident in improving recruitment quality, optimizing talent development, predicting employee performance, and strengthening overall organizational productivity, particularly in the service sector.  This study concludes that AI holds significant potential to transform HRM into a more strategic, adaptive, and data-driven system. To maximize its benefits, organizations must establish ethical governance frameworks, foster digital competency development, and ensure strong regulatory support. Future research is recommended to expand empirical investigations across various industries to strengthen the generalizability of the findings

Abstract

Women are a valuable resource who can contribute significantly to increased economic development. But the contributions made by women are sometimes less than those of males. Nonetheless, a lot of prosperous female business owners choose to enter the realm of economic entrepreneurship, particularly in the home. Women possess a number of qualities, such as strong drive and the ability to work autonomously to boost productivity via participation in many forms of education and training. Women contribute to the economy by being more inventive and creative in problem-solving and seizing possibilities that present themselves to individuals on a daily basis. Analyzing and identifying a woman entrepreneur's entrepreneurial skills in an urban MSME community is the goal of this study. This research retrieves and manages data through identifying problem topics by conducting searches based on research keywords in various sources such as Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, Sage Journal, and other trusted sources. The data obtained is then analyzed critically by reviewing the ideas, knowledge and findings contained in the literature that has been collected. The research results show that education, experience and attitudes towards risk taking are very important in the entrepreneurial activities of female entrepreneurs
