Abstract

The use of digital media makes it very easy to find various kinds of information on the internet. The use of the internet can make it easier for people in their daily activities, especially students. However, this convenience makes many students misuse the internet. Many students enjoy watching entertainment content with violent themes. This causes a lot of bullying in the school. Bullying that occurs in the school environment can cause victims to suffer from mental disorders. This can affect the future of students and make it difficult for students to grow both in terms of character and knowledge. Therefore, education is needed to prevent bullying. Motion comics are used as educational media to prevent bullying. The media is chosen because it is able to convey information clearly with a more interesting impression so that it can be well received by the audience. The design method used in this final assignment is the Antelope studio design method. This design method is divided into 5 stages, namely: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution. The design of this motion comic final assignment is intended as educational, as well as useful entertainment content.

Abstract

PT Nusantara Aluminium merupakan perusahaan distribusi bahan konstruksi aluminium yang berlokasi di Pekanbaru dan melayani berbagai segmen pelanggan dari sektor ritel hingga proyek menengah. Dalam operasionalnya, perusahaan masih mengandalkan sistem manual untuk pencatatan persediaan, transaksi penjualan, pemesanan produk, dan pengelolaan data pelanggan yang menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang mengutamakan kecepatan dalam proses pembuatan dan memungkinkan umpan balik langsung dari pengguna. Desain sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk mempermudah pengembangan dan pemahaman alur kerja sistem. Diagram UML yang digunakan meliputi use case diagram untuk menggambarkan interaksi antara aktor sistem, activity diagram untuk menjelaskan alur proses bisnis, sequence diagram untuk menunjukkan urutan interaksi antar objek, dan class diagram untuk merepresentasikan struktur data dan relasi antar entitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi proses bisnis dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Sistem ini berhasil mengatasi permasalahan keterlambatan dalam pengecekan persediaan, kesalahan pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan. Implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web ini memberikan solusi komprehensif untuk modernisasi proses bisnis di PT Nusantara Aluminium dan memperbaiki kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan.
