Abstract

School/madrasah program development plans are an important strategic step in improving the quality of education. This article discusses various components that support the planning process, starting from environmental analysis, preparing a vision and mission, to implementing and evaluating programs. The use of planning models, such as SWOT and ADDIE, helps identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the school. Continuous evaluation and stakeholder involvement are also emphasized as key elements in ensuring program success. Challenges in development, such as resistance to change and limited resources, are overcome through appropriate strategies. The final results of the development of this program are expected to make a significant contribution in improving the quality of education and school readiness in facing the era of globalization and technological progress.

Abstract

Epistemologi, sebagai cabang filsafat yang mengkaji hakikat pengetahuan, memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam dunia ilmu pengetahuan. Ia menyelidiki bagaimana pengetahuan dapat diperoleh, apa yang membedakan pengetahuan yang sahih dengan yang tidak sahih, dan bagaimana pengetahuan dapat dibenarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana epistemology ilmu pengetahuan dan filsafat ilmu manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengumpulkan data-data yang bersumber dari perpustakaan, berupa buku-buku, karya akhir ilmiah mahasiswa, majalah, jurnal, serta data-data lain yang mendukung hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Epistemologi ilmu pengetahuan adalah bidang yang sangat penting dalam memahami cara kita memperoleh, mengembangkan, dan membenarkan pengetahuan. Melalui teori-teori epistemologi, kita dapat memetakan berbagai pendekatan yang digunakan dalam memperoleh pengetahuan ilmiah, baik melalui pengalaman empiris, deduksi rasional, maupun konstruksi sosial. Justifikasi kebenaran dan paradigma-paradigma yang ada memberikan wawasan mengenai kompleksitas pengetahuan ilmiah, serta tantangan-tantangan yang muncul dalam usaha kita untuk memahami dunia secara objektif .

Abstract

Islamic Education Management is an educational management site that applies Islamic teachings that aim to create an intellectual, moral and positive educational environment. The purpose of this study is to find out the basics of Islamic education management. Qualitative is the method used in this study with a literature review study. This study was conducted by reviewing reading sources related to the research topic discussed, as well as reviewing study documents from previous studies related to the concept. Data were collected by looking at books, scientific journals, and digital sources. The results obtained are that Islamic Education management includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating which are carried out in an integrated manner with Islamic values.
