Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, 45 orang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis seluruh variabel independen yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang seluruh item pernyataan mempunyai koefisien validitas lebih besar dari r tabel 0.3. sehingga item-item tersebut valid dan layak digunakan sebagai alat ukur dalam penelitian, masing-masing variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Budaya Organisasi (x2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y) memiliki hasil nilai cronbach’s alpha >0,60 maka pernyataan kuesioner pada penelitian ini dinyatakan reliabel, hasil menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 dan data berditribusi normal, nilai VIF variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X2) adalah 53,078 > 10 dan nilai tolerance value 0,019 < 0,1 maka data tersebut terjadi kolerasi multikolinieritas, secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 1252,213 > 3,22 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai koefisien R Square (R2) sebesar 0,984 atau 98,4%. Jadi bisa diambil kesimpulan besarnya pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 0,984 (98,4%).

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic factors influencing the work motivation of teachers at TK IT Bazla, an integrated Islamic early childhood education institution in Indonesia. Employing a phenomenological approach, the research explores teachers' experiences and perceptions regarding their professional motivation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six participants and analyzed qualitatively. The findings reveal that intrinsic motivation is primarily driven by love for children, a strong belief in the institution's mission, and a desire for personal growth. On the other hand, extrinsic factors such as support from leadership, colleagues, and parents significantly enhance motivation. However, challenges in dealing with parents were identified as a key obstacle. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach to fostering teacher motivation by integrating internal drive with a supportive work environment. The results contribute to both theoretical understanding and practical strategies for improving teacher performance and well-being, ultimately enhancing the quality of early childhood education at TK IT Bazla.

Abstract

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional problem that significantly affects children's physical growth and cognitive development. East Lombok Regency, particularly Seruni Mumbul Village, is one of the regions with a relatively high prevalence of stunting, thus requiring prevention efforts through community education. The purpose of this activity was to improve community knowledge regarding stunting, its causes, long-term impacts, and preventive measures that can be applied at the household level. The activity was carried out through a socialization program at Posyandu Gumbang Sari involving pregnant women, mothers with toddlers, and posyandu cadres. The stages of the activity included delivering educational materials, interactive discussions, practical training on preparing balanced nutrition menus using local food sources, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results indicated an increase in community understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition, proper parenting, and regular child growth monitoring. The community also showed high enthusiasm in participating and demonstrated the ability to apply the knowledge in daily practices. Thus, this socialization program successfully achieved its objectives, namely enhancing the awareness and understanding of Seruni Mumbul Village community in sustainable stunting prevention efforts.
