Abstract

Islamic education planning is a strategic effort to create education that is not only oriented towards intellectual knowledge, but also towards the formation of moral and spiritual character in accordance with Islamic teachings. This article aims to examine models of Islamic education planning approaches, namely normative, pragmatic and adaptive models, as well as their main characteristics. The normative model focuses on implementing religious values consistently, the pragmatic model prioritizes relevance to current needs, and the adaptive model adapts education to the local socio-cultural context. Each model has its own advantages and challenges in creating a balance between intellectual needs and spiritual values. The main characteristics of this approach include spiritual and moral orientation, a holistic approach, and flexibility in implementation that remains based on Islamic principles. Through structured planning, Islamic education is expected to be able to form a generation that has faith, noble character, and is able to adapt to the times.

Abstract

Manajemen kepala sekolah memegang peran strategis dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang mendukung pembentukan budaya religius. Budaya religius bukanlah hasil kebetulan, melainkan terbentuk melalui kepemimpinan yang visioner, perencanaan yang matang, serta pembiasaan yang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kuantitatif sejauh mana pengaruh manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap budaya religius di sekolah, khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Responden terdiri dari 40 guru yang aktif di TK Negeri Pembina Tembelang, yang dipilih secara purposive. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket tertutup skala Likert yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya religius sekolah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,598. Artinya, 59,8% variasi dalam budaya religius di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana kepala sekolah mengelola, memimpin, dan menginspirasi warganya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang baik bukan hanya berdampak pada aspek administratif, tetapi juga sangat menentukan arah dan nuansa religius dalam kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah menjadi bagian penting dalam membangun budaya religius yang kuat dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan Islam.
