Abstract

This research entitled "Reverse Sweep Opportunity In Facing The Bad Pressure Of Early Marriage In Indonesia" aims to address the problem of early marriage that continues to increase in Indonesia, which is often triggered by economic and cultural factors. Unlike previous studies that tend to focus on statistical data analysis, this study carries the concept of "Reverse Sweep" which is oriented towards mental strengthening and social support. The researchers' motivation stems from concerns about the negative impacts of early marriage, such as mental health and lost life opportunities for the younger generation. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation at junior high schools in Tambakrejo Village, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of the study show that the application of the concept of Roots and Support in the counseling forum "CurhatYuk!" has succeeded in helping more than 1,000 clients in overcoming problems related to early marriage and mental health. The policy implications of this study suggest the need for an integrated, community-based intervention program, which not only educates about the risks of early marriage, but also provides emotional and economic support to the bride-to-be and her family. This research is expected to be a reference for efforts to create a Golden Indonesia through improving the quality of life and mental health of the community.

Abstract

This mentoring was motivated by the challenges faced by the Tahu H. Riyadi Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in adopting digital transformation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The main problems include a lack of understanding about the importance of using digital payment methods and sustainable waste management. The purpose of this mentoring is to increase awareness and ability of MSMEs in implementing the digital payment system, namely QRIS, with support in the form of creating Instagram social media as a supporting medium, as well as educating about environmentally friendly waste management. The scientific contribution from the results of this community service is expected to provide new insights in the development of science and technology, especially in the application of digital technology in the MSME sector. The methods used in this mentoring include observation, interviews, socialization, and active participation. The results of the mentoring show that the partners successfully implemented the QRIS system, which increased transaction efficiency and provided convenience for consumers. In addition, socialization regarding waste management succeeded in raising awareness of the importance of the environment, with several management steps that have been implemented. Targets achieved include ease of transactions with a 40% increase in digital transactions and a reduction in inorganic waste that is disposed of carelessly. The results of this mentoring not only provide direct benefits to the MSMEs concerned, but also contribute to efforts to improve sustainable knowledge and practices in the community to support the development of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Digital transformation has made the online gaming industry a complex economic ecosystem. This study analyzes the econometric relationship between Transaction Money Turnover (NPT), Internet Access (AI), Internet Speed (KI), and Net Income (PB) with Economic Growth (PE) using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method in the 2015-2024 time series data. The F test (ANOVA) shows that F counts 9.825 with a significance value of less than 0.001, proving that these four variables are simultaneously significant in influencing Economic Growth. The results of the partial t-test revealed that AI (t = 2.180, Sig. = 0.030) and PB (t = 3.704, Sig. less than 0.001) had a significant positive effect, while NPT (t = -3.323, Sig. less than 0.001) and KI (t = -2.733, Sig. = 0.007) showed a significant negative effect on PE. These findings indicate that the increase in transaction value and speed infrastructure has not been optimally utilized for the real economy. Implicitly, increasing digital literacy and incentives are needed to produce infrastructure as academically the empirical gap between nominal transactions and speed becomes the basis for further study of the integration of behavioral and institutional variables.
