Abstract

Ethnomathematics is a science that studies the relationship between mathematics and culture. There are cultural elements in mathematics, for example traditional food, traditional buildings, regional dances, regional musical instruments and even regional musical arts which have mathematical concepts in them. The culture from which we can explore ethnomathematics is Betawi regional art, namely the tanjidor musical instrument which originates from Betawi. The aim of this researcher is to preserve cultural arts. This research uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach model. The results of the research can show that the art of the Tanjidor musical instrument has several mathematical concepts for each instrument, namely the concept of size of the Tanjidor musical instrument, the concept of lines, the concept of flat shapes, the concept of space and the concept of numbers on the Tanjidor musical instrument.

Abstract

The learning methods applied by teachers have a big influence on their students. Teachers often provide learning methods to students using the lecture method, where students often feel bored in learning, especially mathematics. Given the problems in mathematics learning, teachers must be creative to increase students' enthusiasm for carrying out mathematics learning, using board game-based learning media. The development of game media in learning is very rapid for every teaching staff to follow advances in game-based technology for mathematical problem solving abilities.  This research aims to determine the effectiveness of applying Board Game learning media to improve mathematical problem solving abilities. The method used by researchers is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. With data collection techniques by documenting and reviewing 10 articles related to Board Game learning media and 10 articles related to mathematical problem solving from articles for 2018-2024. The articles used in this research were 20 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. From most of the studies in this article, researchers can conclude that board game learning media can help students improve their mathematical problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi organisasi Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dalam penguatan peran perempuan di RT 07/ RW 02, Kelurahan Curug, Kecamatan Cimanggis, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur kepada dua orang pengurus aktif PKK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKK berperan penting dalam membina keluarga dan menciptakan ruang partisipasi perempuan, namun efektivitasnya masih terhambat oleh rendahnya partisipasi warga, keterbatasan pelatihan, rendahnya pemahaman fungsi PKK, dominasi peran oleh segelintir pihak, lemahnya pembagian tugas, dan minimnya regenerasi kader. Meski begitu, PKK tetap menjalankan program-program seperti Posyandu dan pelatihan wirausaha dengan dukungan yang terbatas. Untuk mengoptimalkan PKK sebagai pendorong pemberdayaan perempuan, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas kader, partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih luas, serta dukungan lintas sektor.
