Abstract

The current development of technology is progressing rapidly in line with the ease of accessing information through various means, whether through mobile applications or websites. This convenience has had a significant impact on various industries, governments, and educational institutions that utilize websites as information support for learning and teaching activities, including at XYZ Faculty. The website is used to manage student activities in Internship and Community Service (ICS). In previous research, vulnerability assessment was conducted to identify vulnerabilities on the website; however, no mitigation was implemented for the vulnerabilities found. Therefore, security mitigation is needed to address the risks associated with these vulnerabilities. The method used in this process is Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) with gray box testing techniques, as well as the tools Burp Suite, Acunetix, and Nessus. Vulnerability analysis was performed on the identified vulnerabilities on the website to determine a list of vulnerabilities for further exploitation. Through testing on this ICS website, nine vulnerabilities were found, including one high-level vulnerability, four medium-level vulnerabilities, and four low-level vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities were then mitigated, and the results showed that four out of the nine vulnerabilities were successfully mitigated, improving the website's security compared to before.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court's decision regarding the age limit for presidential and vice presidential candidates wasratified which resulted in a new decision to remain at a minimum age of 40 years but with the addition of the phrase"or has/is currently holding a position elected through general elections, including regional head elections". Thiscaused many reactions and opinions from the public, including the media, in reporting the decision. This researchaims to determine how the media frames news about the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the age limit forpresidential and vice presidential candidates on the media tempo.co and detik.com. This research uses a constructivistparadigm and qualitative research methods with analytical methods framing Robert N. Entman model. The results ofthis research show that tempo.co frames the news by highlighting critical news by considering the decision as apolitical, legal and nepotism problem. Meanwhile, detik.com framed the news by highlighting the news of theConstitutional Court's decision which considered the decision to be a problem of the lack of opportunities given toyoung people in leadership in Indonesia to become leaders. Abstract

Pembangunan GITET 500 kV Indramayu dilakukan untuk mendukung penyaluran daya antara PLTU Indramayu dan jaringan transmisi Jawa-Bali. Dalam sistem tegangan ekstra tinggi ini, pemasangan shunt reactor berfungsi mengontrol daya reaktif serta menjaga kestabilan tegangan pada saluran transmisi jarak jauh. Kedekatan lokasi GITET dengan pusat pembangkit menuntut adanya sistem pentanahan yang mampu membatasi arus gangguan tanah secara optimal. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan Neutral Grounding Reactor (NGR) pada shunt reactor GITET 500 kV Indramayu melalui pengumpulan data teknis, peninjauan lapangan, analisis desain proteksi, serta simulasi sistem menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP versi 1.19.1 untuk memvalidasi respon sistem terhadap gangguan satu fasa ke tanah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan nilai NGR yang tepat mampu membatasi arus hubung singkat satu fasa ke tanah, mengurangi risiko overvoltage, dan meningkatkan keandalan serta keselamatan operasi jaringan transmisi 500 kV. Kata kunci: GITET Indramayu, ETAP 1.19.1, aliran daya, tegangan, sistem distribusi
