Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on the four pillars of education Learning to Know, Learning to Do, Learning to Be, and Learning to Live Together on improving student learning outcomes. its effect on improving student learning outcomes. The results show that the implementation of the four pillars of education significantly improves students' understanding of PAI materials, as well as develops their social and emotional skills. The end result of the implementation of the four pillars of education is that students can not only obtain good learning outcomes in the intellectual aspect, but can also improve in their spiritual aspect.

Abstract

Rinitis alergi merupakan kelainan simtomatik akibat pajanan alergen yang dimediasi oleh IgE sehingga menyebabkan inflamasi pada mukosa hidung dengan gejala bersin, hidung tersumbat, rinore dan gatal pada hidung. Rinitis alergi dapat mengganggu kesehatan, menurunkan kualitas hidup dan menimbulkan masalah fisik dan emosional pada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan rinitis alergi dengan kualitas hidup penderitanya. Jenis/rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SDN di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 221 orang. Kuesioner Score for Allergic Rhinitis (SFAR) dan The Short-Form-36 (SF-36) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data masing-masing tentang rinitis alergi dan kualitas hidup. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengggunakan kuesioner Score for Allergic Rhinitis (SFAR) untuk diagnosis rinitis alergi dan kuesioner The Short-From-36 (SF-36) untuk menilai kualitas hidup. Secara keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan 60 orang yang menderita rinitis alergi dan 161 orang yang tidak menderita rinitis alergi. Dari 60 orang yang menderita rinitis alergi, didapatkan 39 orang (65%) dengan kualitas hidup buruk dan 21 orang (35%) dengan kualitas hidup baik, sedangkan dari 161 orang yang tidak menderita rinitis alergi didapatkan 14 orang (8,7) dengan kualitas hidup buruk dan 147 orang (91,3%) dengan kualitas hidup baik. Data analisis bivariat menunjukkan nilai p <0,05 dan OR = 19,500. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara rinitis alergi dengan kualitas hidup guru SDN di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Education is something that is agreed to be a staple in any nation. The quality of education in a nation is one of the determinants of the nation's progress. In other words, the progress of a nation or state can be seen from the quality of education in the nation and country. Basically, the problems that occur in the low quality of education in Indonesia are basically also inherent challenges in the context of Islamic education. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The method used is literature study. The author collects data and information from reliable journals and books for the truth and in accordance with the discussion of this article. Then with this research, it is hoped that it will be able to find solutions to improve the quality of education in Indonesia which can be reviewed from the perspective of Islamic education.

Abstract

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a native plant from Southeast Asia, and has been widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. Mango leaf extract is reported to contain alkaloids, phenols, saponins, coumarins, tannins, flavonoids, triterponoids, steroids and glycosides which function as antimicrobial compounds that can inhibit bacterial growth. It is hoped that this content can be a solution as an antibacterial to replace antibiotics, because inappropriate use of antibiotics can cause bacteria to become resistant. The aim of this study was to test the antibacterial activity of mango leaves against bacteria from sputum samples. The extraction method used was infusion with paper discs on Mueller Hinton Agar (MHA) medium which was incubated at 37°C for 24 hours. The positive control used was the antibiotic Amoxicillin
