Abstract

Njawani Village, located in Banjarsari District, Surakarta Regency, is one of the villages that has a wealth of culture and traditions that are highly valued by its people. This village is known for its various traditional art performances such as dances, gamelan, and wayang kulit performances. The main theme of this KKN program is "Improving Access and Quality of Education in the Community." In order to carry out this theme, KKN students collaborate with the local community to raise awareness of the importance of education and the role of a clean and well-maintained environment. The community service program carried out by UNS KKN students group 251 in Njawani Village succeeded in achieving its main goal, namely improving the quality of education and environmental awareness of the community. Several programs implemented, such as the creation of a mural creation space, managing organic waste into compost, and making pots from waste, have a positive impact on the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi 5R di bengkel otomotif SMK Bhinneka Karya Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Mix method explanatory dengan analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari observasi langsung dan wawancara, kemudian dideskripsikan dalam bentuk tulisan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan keterangan narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada ruang alat memiliki persentasi implementasi 80%, ruang praktik chasis memiliki persentase 80%, ruang praktik kelistrikan memiliki persentase 70%, ruang praktik engine memiliki persentase 75%, dan ruang praktik terapan otomotif memiliki persentase 75%. Dengan keseluruhan ruangan mendapatkan predikat “baik” dalam implementasi 5R. 2. Faktor utama yang menghambat implementasi prinsip 5R di bengkel otomotif SMK Bhinneka Karya Surakarta adalah dari siswa yang kurang disiplin dan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang ada saat ini. Dengan hasil seperti itu penulis memiliki beberapa saran untuk evaluasi implementasi 5R di bengkel otomotif SMK Bhinneka Karya Surakarta yaitu mengintegrasikan budaya kerja 5R dalam mata Pelajaran, melakukan perbaikan dan pembaruan fasilitas.  menetapkan SOP berbasis 5R di setiap ruang praktik sebagai standar operasional yang harus ditaati oleh siswa dan tenaga pendidik, memperkuat kerja sama dengan industri mitra agar siswa lebih terpapar pada lingkungan kerja profesional yang menerapkan 5R.
