Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Communication and Incentives on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in PT. Sankyu Indonesia Cilegon's Kokarsi and to find out whether job satisfaction acts as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative causality methods with SPSS version 25 data processing. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 40 employees using the slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. By using SPSS. The results of the job satisfaction variable (Z) as an intervening variable have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression coefficient value of 0.612 and a significance level of 0.000. The results of the T-test study show that the Communication Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Incentive Variable has no significant and negative effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction Variable has significant effect on Employee Performance. Communication Variable has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Incentive variable has significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Communication and Incentives on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables have a significant effect on the simultaneous F test. This means that it can be interpreted that the variable job satisfaction (Z) partially mediates the relationship between the communication and incentive variables (X) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, customer service, and word-of-mouth (WOM) recommendations on consumer loyalty, considering the mediating role of purchasing decisions at Waroeng Kampoeng. The approach used is quantitative with a comparative design, involving 100 respondents, of which 99 are regular customers. Data collection was carried out using a Likert-based questionnaire instrument, while data analysis used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with a bootstrapping procedure of 5,000 samples. Model validity and reliability testing were carried out using composite reliability indicators, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and outer loading, all of which met the established acceptance threshold. The research findings indicate that purchasing decisions have a significant influence on consumer loyalty (β = 0.485; p < 0.001). Customer service was proven to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (β = 0.235; p = 0.020), although it did not have a direct impact on loyalty. Product quality showed a significant influence on consumer loyalty (β = 0.300; p = 0.019) and purchasing decisions (β = 0.253; p = 0.037). In contrast, WOM did not show a significant mediating effect on loyalty (β = 0.123; p = 0.067). This finding implies the importance of strategic planning that focuses on improving product quality and service quality as an effort to strengthen customer loyalty in the food and beverage (F&B) sector. Although WOM did not show significance in this study, its potential to provide long-term impact remains an area worthy of exploration. Further research is recommended by expanding the sample size and adding moderating variables, such as price sensitivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Inflation, and Interest Rates on Stock Prices using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data were analyzed through a significance test with bootstrapping techniques to determine the causal relationship between latent variables. The results showed that EPS has the most dominant positive effect on stock prices with a path coefficient of 0.878 (T-statistic = 15.597, p-value = 0.000), indicating that company financial performance is the main factor in determining stock prices. Interest Rates also showed a significant positive effect (coefficient = 0.124, T-statistic = 3.527, p-value = 0.000), although with a lower magnitude. Conversely, Inflation did not have a significant effect on stock prices (coefficient = -0.059, p-value = 0.135), so the hypothesis regarding the effect of inflation was rejected. The research model demonstrated excellent predictive power with an R-Square value of 0.758, meaning that approximately 75.8% of the stock price variation can be explained by the three independent variables. This finding provides important implications for investors in making investment decisions and for company management in strategies to increase company value through optimizing financial performance .
