Abstract

Penggunaan by product biji nangka dan kacang tunggak dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan substitusi dalam pembuatan biskuit, penggunaan kedua bahan tersebut dapat mengurangi penggunaan tepung terigu dan sebagai bentuk diversifikasi pangan. Tepung biji nangka mengandung sekitar 36,7g karbohidrat, dan 4,2g protein. Selain itu, kacang tunggak menjadi salah satu jenis kacang-kacangan tinggi protein berkisar 24,4g/100g. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi tepung biji nangka dan tepung kacang tunggak terhadap sesoris dan sifat fisikokimia biskuitPenelitian dilakukan dengan mensubstitusikan tepung terigu ; tepung biji nangka : tepung kacang tunggak dengan formulasi F0(100%:0%:0), F1 (60%:25%:15%), F2(50%:30%:20%), F3 (40%:35%:25%), F4 (30%:40%:30%), F5 (20%:45%:35%), dan F6 (0%:55%:45%). Selanjutnya biskuit dianalisis: kadar air, abu, lemak, protein, karbohidrat, densitas kamba, kecerahan (*L), organoleptik, dan takaran saji. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dan uji lanju

Abstract

Verbal bullying remains a common problem in educational environments, including Islamic-based schools. This study aims to analyze forms of verbal bullying and the internalization of aqidah and akhlak values as preventive efforts at SMK Latifiyah Glagahwero Kalisat. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, school staff, and students. The results show that verbal bullying occurs in the form of mocking, harsh words, and degrading nicknames. The internalization of faith in God and Akhlaq al-karimah values, such as guarding one's speech, empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect, is carried out through Aqidah Akhlak learning, teacher as role model, religious habituation, and character guidance. These efforts contribute to improving students' moral awareness and reducing verbal bullying behavior. Therefore, strengthening faith in Allah and noble moral values, including maintaining proper speech, empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect, plays an important role in creating a safe, religious, and bullying-free school environment.
