Abstract

The Dapodik application is a web-based data collection application which is one of the main sources for formulating government policies. In the Dapodik application, there is several data that is managed, including school data, infrastructure, students, teachers and education staff. The data or information produced is influenced by the quality of the Dapodik application itself. This research aims to analyze the user experience of the South OKU Regency Dapodik website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This method is used for user interface and user experience (UX) from the perspective of usability and user satisfaction. The evaluation results are then analyzed to identify problems found in the user experience.  The final SUS score from the responses of 30 respondents was 53.4, indicating that overall this application is in the OK category with an adequate level of usability. Ease of use, data input processing speed, and interface display received high ratings from respondents, reflecting that the application is well designed in terms of functionality and user friendliness

Abstract

Technological advances have affected many areas of daily life, including sports. Calculations are essential to achieving physical exercise goals. To meet this need, Jasdam II Sriwijaya has created an application called SiJaspro that supports training by offering important data and calculations. This application is designed to assess fitness scores, provide training materials, and provide information related to Jasdam II Sriwijaya. Although this application has just been launched, it already has bugs on some pages, has difficulty displaying user data correctly, and is only compatible with Android devices. The PIECES method—Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service—has been applied to assess the performance of the application in this study. This analysis aims to assess the performance of the application in Jasdam II Sriwijaya and evaluate it against the objectives that have been set. GTMetrix is used for speed and performance testing, and Google Transparency Report is used for security testing.

Abstract

CV. Danu Florist adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan bunga dan produk florist di Palembang dan Banyuasin. Selama ini, proses promosi dan transaksi masih dilakukan secara tatap muka serta melalui telepon, WhatsApp, dan Instagram, dengan pencatatan pesanan secara manual menggunakan nota. Sistem ini dianggap kurang efisien karena proses pemesanan dan konfirmasi transaksi memakan waktu yang cukup lama, pencatatan data sering mengalami kesalahan, dan jangkauan pasar terbatas, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis Android yang memungkinkan pelanggan memesan produk secara online dengan mudah tanpa harus datang ke toko secara langsung. Aplikasi ini juga meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pesanan, mempercepat proses transaksi dan pembayaran, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelanggan. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan model V-Shape, yang menawarkan pendekatan pengembangan sistematis dan terstruktur dengan fleksibilitas pada fase pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat proses transaksi, memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan di CV. Danu Florist, mendukung transformasi yang lebih baik.
