Abstract

Digitalization has an important role in bringing change in various sectors, one of which is UMKM d'Sruput. This research aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on change management in UMKM d'Sruput Parak Laweh Padang City. The research method applied in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach through data collection carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that digitalization can be the key to the success of UMKM in facing increasingly tight business competition. It can be concluded that digitalization has had a significant impact on change management in UMKM d'Sruput. UMKM d'Sruput need to realize the importance of digital transformation and start applying technology in various aspects, such as expanding market reach and improving the quality of customer service. However, there are several challenges faced in the digitalization process, such as a lack of competent human resources and limited internet access.

Abstract

Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra UMKM Sate Ayam Pak Uwo dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan melalui penerapan sistem akuntansi sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah wawancara, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan langsung kepada pemilik usaha, meliputi edukasi pencatatan kas masuk, kas keluar, serta penyusunan laporan laba rugi dan posisi keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra mampu memahami dan mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan secara sistematis. Selain meningkatkan kesadaran mitra akan pentingnya informasi keuangan, kegiatan ini juga memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengambilan keputusan usaha berbasis data. Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem akuntansi sederhana terbukti dapat membantu UMKM dalam mencapai efisiensi operasional yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion and consumer trust on purchasing decisions with buying interest as an intervening variable on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The rapid growth of digital commerce in Indonesia has intensified competition among e-commerce platforms, requiring companies to implement effective promotional strategies and build strong consumer trust. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of Management students of Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang class of 2022 who actively use Shopee. A purposive sampling technique was applied, resulting in 100 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that promotion and consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Furthermore, promotion, consumer trust, and buying interest significantly influence purchasing decisions. Buying interest is also proven to mediate the effect of promotion and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. These findings suggest that strengthening promotional programs and maintaining consumer trust can increase buying interest and ultimately encourage purchasing decisions on Shopee.
