Abstract

This study discusses digital transformation in the management of school administrative personnel, which is a solution to improve efficiency and accountability in education management. The problem raised is the challenge faced by school administration personnel in managing administration conventionally. Such management often results in information delays and administrative errors. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of digital technology in school administration management and its impact on the performance of administrative staff. The method used includes the analysis of the review literature, namely by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing various sources of literature relevant to the research topic. The results show that the application of information and communication technology significantly improves operational efficiency, accelerates decision-making, and increases accountability through a transparent reporting system. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital transformation not only reduces administrative workload, but also creates a more responsive and organized learning environment, supporting the achievement of higher educational goals.

Abstract

Contribution of Arm Muscle Strength and Back Flexibility to the Kayang Ability in Floor Gymnastics of MA Ibadurrahman Muttahidah Students. This study aims to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength and back flexibility to the kayang ability in floor gymnastics of MA Ibadurrahman Muttahidah students. This study is a quantitative study using a regression technique. The population is grade X and XI students of MA Ibadurrahman Muttahidah, and the sample used is 15 people with all male students. The data analysis technique used is the Regression Test (R). The results of the data analysis are as follows: (1). There is a contribution of arm muscle strength to the kayang ability in floor gymnastics, where the R value is obtained = 0.137 with sig. 0.003 < 0.05 (2). There is a contribution of back flexibility to the kayang ability in floor gymnastics, where the R value is obtained = 0.218 with sig. 0.002 < 0.05 (3). There is a contribution of arm muscle strength and back flexibility to the ability to do a bridge in floor gymnastics, where the value of R^2 = 0.781 is obtained with sig. 0.003 <0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a contribution between arm muscle strength and back flexibility to the ability to do a bridge of MA Ibadurrahman Muttahidah students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of village financial governance in supporting village development through accountability and transparency of village financial management and community participation in supporting village development. This study focuses on the relationship between village financial management and village development. This type of research is qualitative research based on interviews with 4 informants consisting of the village head, village secretary, and community conducted in Iker Iker Geger Village, Cerme District. The results of the analysis that have been carried out indicate that overall the financial governance of Iker Iker Geger Village has implemented the principles of accountability and transparency well and involved community participation in every stage of development from the planning stage to the implementation of development so that it can support the success of the Iker Iker Geger Village government in implementing development. The Iker Iker Geger Village Government has implemented the principles of accountability and transparency well in village financial management. This is realized through the creation and delivery of a clearly structured Accountability Letter and the provision of information boards in the Village Hall and hamlets. This aims to ensure that village funds are managed accountably and transparently and used according to their intended use to support sustainable development. Community involvement can contribute to the success of development, which is reflected through the delivery of ideas in village deliberation forums and direct supervision of development implementation.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemberdayaan guru adalah proses memberikan kemampuan kepada guru sehingga mampu memberikan pertimbangan terkait baik atau tidaknya cara mengajar, kemudian mampu mengambil keputusan sendiri untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mengajar yang dihadapi di dalam kelas sehingga bisa bekerja dengan kinerja yang lebih tinggi dan lebih baik lagi. Penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk menggunakan berbagai aplikasi yang tersedia dan menjadikannya sumber pembelajaran yang menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemberdayaan guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran digital, Metode yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah workshop, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Januari 2025 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 orang guru. Dalam workshop, peserta aktif terlibat dari rata-rata 2,6 sebelum workshop menjadi 3,8 setelah workshop dalam kegiatan belajar yang praktis dan interaktif, seperti diskusi kelompok, latihan, dan simulasi. Pada kegiatan ini terdapat 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran; pemberdayaan guru; sekolah dasar. Abstract Teacher empowerment is the process of providing teachers with the ability to provide considerations regarding the goodness or badness of teaching methods, then being able to make their own decisions to solve teaching problems faced in the classroom so that they can work with higher and better performance. The use of digital learning media can improve teachers' ability to use various available applications and make them an interesting learning resource. The purpose of this study was to determine how teacher empowerment in creating digital learning media, The method used in this study was a workshop, which was held on January 20, 2025 with a total of 30 teachers as participants. In the workshop, participants were actively involved from an average of 2.6 before the workshop to 3.8 after the workshop in practical and interactive learning activities, such as group discussions, exercises, and simulations. In this activity there are 3 stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Keywords: learning media; teacher empowerment; elementary school.

Abstract

Abstrak Sekolah Dasar dipilih untuk menanamkan literasi siswa sejak usia dini karena diharapkan siswa memperoleh kebiasaan berliterasi sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi masa yang akan datang. Banyak kebijakan literasi yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar oleh pemerintah. Mengingat literasi sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, perlu adanya tindakan dalam mengatasi masalah ini. Menurut Direktorat Sekolah Dasar, literasisiswa di Indonesia masih sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan negara lain di dunia. Ada beberapa sekolah, termasuk SDN 166 Tangru, di mana pengembangan literasi masih belum optimal.Oleh karena itu, salah satu langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah dengan program Peningkatan Literasi Siswa Melalui Program Membaca Bersama di Perpustakaan SDN 166 Tangruyang menyediakan buku bacaan sesuai dengan tingkat siswa dan didampingi oleh guru untuk memastikan kegiatan membaca rutin bersama siswa berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan awal untuk melihat situasi dan kondisi bagaimana  kemampuan  literasi siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kesiapan dalam melakukan pengabdian dengan melakukan membaca bersama di perpustakaan dalam  meningkatkan literasi siswa di SD 166 Tangru dengan total 49 SiswaTahapan pelaksanaan selanjutnya yaitu tim pengabdi melakukan pembimbingan terhadap siswa yang masih belum mahir membaca mulai dari kegiatan membaca 15 menit sebelum jam pelajaran dan penataan serta pembenahan perpustakaan dan pojok baca di SDN 166 Tangru. Semoga dengan adanya kegiatan ini siswa dapat memiliki perubahan yang signifikan yg awalnya belum bisa mengeja mulai bisa mengeja, begitupun dengan siswa yg belum mahir membaca perlahan mereka mulai bisa meskipun belum sepenuhnya bisa membaca tapi sedikit mengalami perubahan. Kata kunci: literasi; perpustakaan. Abstract Elementary schools were chosen to instill literacy in students from an early age because it is hoped that students will acquire literacy habits as preparations for facing the future. Many literacy policies are implemented in elementary schools by the government. Considering that literacy is very important in everyday life, action is needed to overcome this problem. According to the Directorate of Primary Schools, student literacy in Indonesia is still very low compared to other countries in the world. There are several schools, including SDN 166 Tangru, where literacy development is still not optimal. Therefore, one of the first steps taken was the program to Increase Student Literacy through the Shared Reading Program at the SDN 166 Tangru Library which provides reading books according to the student's level and is accompanied by a teacher to ensure that routine reading activities with students run well. This activity is carried out through stages starting from initial planning to see the situation and conditions of students' literacy abilities. This activity was carried out to analyze readiness to carry out service by reading together in the library in increasing student literacy at SD 166 Tangru with a total of 49 students. The next stage of implementation is that the service team provides guidance to students who are still not proficient in reading starting from reading activities 15 minutes before time. lessons and arrangement and improvement of the library and reading corner at SDN 166 Tangru. Hopefully, with this activity, students can make significant changes, from initially not being able to spell to being able to spell, as well as students who are not yet proficient at reading, they are slowly starting to be able to, even though they are not yet fully able to read, but are experiencing slight changes. Keywords: literacy; library
