Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk "Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Keripik Tempe Chips Melalui Implementasi Mesin Teknologi Tepat Guna bagi UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Area, Kota Medan" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk UMKM keripik tempe. UMKM ini menghadapi berbagai kendala, termasuk proses produksi manual yang meningkatkan risiko kesalahan dan kualitas produk yang tidak konsisten, serta keterbatasan dalam pemasaran digital. Program ini menyediakan solusi melalui pengenalan mesin pengiris tempe otomatis dan mesin vacuum plastik untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi. Selain itu, pelatihan tentang strategi pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial dan e-commerce diberikan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas dan efisiensi produksi keripik tempe chips, peningkatan keterampilan pemasaran digital, serta penciptaan lapangan kerja baru. Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku UMKM dan mendorong semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan masyarakat. Publikasi hasil program ini dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah dan media online diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan UMKM serupa di daerah lain. Dengan implementasi teknologi tepat guna dan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Area dapat lebih bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the government in post-Covid-19 market empowerment to improve community welfare in Mmtc Medan City. This research uses a qualitative approach research design with descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were UMKM bouquet sellers and cleaners at the MMTC Market. Data was collected using documentation, observation and interview methods. The analysis stages were carried out deductively with a focus on effectiveness theory as the basis for the analysis. The research results highlight the significant impact on MMTC Market MSMEs. Decreasing turnover and difficulty accessing capital are the main challenges. The government responded with various policies, including the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) program and a Circular from the Minister of Trade.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the growth of PAD (Regional Original Income) in Medan City at the Medan City Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency and to determine the influence of Tax and Levy Revenue on Public Services in Medan City. This research uses a descriptive single case study approach, which aims to collect, compile, classify and interpret data to provide an accurate picture of the nature of individuals, groups, conditions and symptoms in a society. Research results from the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency for Medan City, the Ministry of Finance, and literature studies show that tax and levy revenue in Medan City has not reached the target for the last three periods. Public services in Medan City have experienced a significant decline, influenced by poor budget factors in revenue and allocation, as seen from the decline in Regional Original Income (PAD) over the last three years.
