Abstract

To support the progress of their business, MSMEs must carry out halal certification, which is issued by the government. Halal certification also offers new opportunities for economic growth and development, especially in the halal food industry. The aim of this research is to provide broader knowledge to MSMEs who do not yet have halal certificates for food and beverage products, that halal certificates have a big influence on business progress because they create a sense of confidence in consumers towards halal drinks and food. The research method used is a quantitative method by asking questions in the form of a questionnaire generally using a Likert scale (Scale 1-5 (strongly disagree - strongly agree). The conclusion obtained from the research results is that it was found that there is still a lack of knowledge in MSMEs about halal certification However, these MSMEs have the desire to apply for halal certification.

Abstract

Technological advancements and the widespread use of the internet have changed consumer behavior in Indonesia, with e-commerce becoming an integral part of everyday transactions. This study examines optimizing price perception to improve purchase decisions for flash sale products on Shopee, a major e-commerce platform in Indonesia. It involves Focus Group Discussions, Training, and Collaboration with government entities to explore the impact of price perception on consumer choice. A sample of 150 Shopee users and 50 sellers was analyzed to assess the effectiveness of price perception strategies. The results showed that, although promotions such as discounts and flash sales attract attention, clear and honest price perception influences purchasing behavior significantly. Training sessions revealed that transparency and accurate discount information increased consumer trust, increased engagement in flash sales and seller profits. The study concludes that optimizing price perception through effective promotional strategies is critical in competitive e-commerce. A balance between attractive prices and perceived value can drive consumer loyalty and market competitiveness.

Abstract

In the dynamic business environment, companies must continually adapt and enhance their processes to maintain or elevate their competitiveness. This study explores how the implementation of efficient organizational management can optimize business processes and contribute to achieving a competitive edge. Utilizing a focus group and discussion approach, the research involved qualitative data collection through discussions with senior managers, operational staff, and management team members. The study examined key aspects such as adaptive organizational structures, responsive management practices, and the fostering of a supportive work culture. The findings reveal that efficient organizational management is critical for optimizing business processes. Key steps include in-depth analysis of business processes, identification of problem areas, setting clear goals and KPIs, and implementing suitable technology and information systems. Additionally, employee training and development, cultural transformation, and rewards and recognition play significant roles in enhancing performance and efficiency

Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of implementing financial literacy programs in enhancing financial awareness and security. The study uses a focus group and discussion approach to investigate how these programs influence individuals' understanding and management of personal finances. By engaging with financial literacy experts, educators, and community participants, the research delves into how financial literacy impacts behavior, decision-making, and overall financial well-being. The results reveal that financial literacy programs significantly improve individuals' ability to manage their finances, make informed financial decisions, and understand key financial concepts such as budgeting, debt management, and investment. Participants report increased confidence in handling their personal finances and a better grasp of financial risks and opportunities. The study also highlights that effective financial literacy fosters positive attitudes towards financial planning and enhances financial resilience. Overall, financial literacy plays a crucial role in shaping a more financially aware and secure society. The article concludes with policy recommendations to further improve the effectiveness of financial literacy programs, emphasizing the need for tailored educational strategies and collaborative efforts between educational institutions, financial organizations, and community groups.
