Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara persial maupun simultan mengenai Komitmen Afektif, Person Job-fit dan Positive Affectivity terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Sampel sebanyak 85 responden dari pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Afektif, Person Job-fit dan Positive Affectivity terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Komitmen Afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Person Job-fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Positive Affectivity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Penelitian ini juga memberikan hasil bahwa pada variabel Komitmen Afektif, Person Job-fit, Positive Affectivity, ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice, knowledge sharing, and spirituality in the workplace on innovative work behavior in employees at Bin Baz Islamic Center Yogyakarta. This study aims to complement previous research results that only focus on companies and hospitals, by focusing on religious-based educational institutions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research object involved employees of Bin Baz Islamic Center Yogyakarta. The results showed that distributive justice has a positive significant effect on innovative work behavior, where employees who feel treated fairly by the organization tend to take more initiative to innovate in their work. Procedural justice also shows a positive significant effect on innovative work behavior, where employees who feel that the processes and rules in the organization are carried out fairly tend to be more motivated to innovate. In addition, knowledge sharing among employees was shown to have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. This knowledge sharing process encourages creativity and effective problem solving in the workplace. Finally, spirituality in the workplace also has a positive significant effect on innovative work behavior, where employees who feel they have a purpose in life that is aligned with organizational values show more innovative work behavior. In conclusion, distributive justice, procedural justice, knowledge sharing, and workplace spirituality all have a positive effect on innovative work behavior at Bin Baz Islamic Center Yogyakarta. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the factors that drive innovation in faith-based work environments.
