Abstract

Bonus demografi menjadikan Generasi Z aktor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi, termasuk melalui kewirausahaan digital. Namun, Niat berwirausaha generasi ini di Kota Pekanbaru masih rendah. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, openness to experience, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap Niat berwirausaha Generasi Z. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan positivistik dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat berwirausaha. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa dukungan keluarga, keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman baru, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berperan penting mendorong Niat berwirausaha generasi muda. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian faktor pembentuk Niat kewirausahaan Generasi Z. Secara praktis, hasilnya dapat menjadi acuan bagi institusi pendidikan dan pemerintah daerah dalam merancang program pembinaan kewirausahaan berbasis keluarga, pengembangan karakter, dan peningkatan literasi bisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berjumlah 126 orang, karena populasi sudah diketahui jumlah pastinya maka pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,892 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 89,2% kinerja guru mampu dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja kemudian untuk sisanya 10,8% dijelaskan oleh faktor- faktor lain di luar penelitian ini

Abstract

The millennial generation is often referred to as Generation Y. Researchers are still debating the year they were born, but most estimate that this generation was born in the last 22-40 years. This generation has now reached maturity, their talents have colored the world of work, especially in the business sector. Generation Y grew up with technological developments, making it easier to find information, faster to learn, aggressive, creative, and innovative than the previous generation. They are seen as having unique characteristics, expectations, priorities, and work ethic so they are not afraid of change. This unique character is very important for organizations to manifest Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is important to support organizational performance, namely increasing the organizational ability to adapt to environmental changes such as and improve quality in a sustainable manner. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that can trigger the emergence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research object is focused on employees who are included in the millennial generation. The sample is determined purposively from the population with certain criteria. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire via Google Forms. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques. The research findings conclude that the Adversity Quotient has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction are stated to have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara persial maupun simultan mengenai Komitmen Afektif, Person Job-fit dan Positive Affectivity terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Sampel sebanyak 85 responden dari pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Afektif, Person Job-fit dan Positive Affectivity terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Komitmen Afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Person Job-fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Positive Affectivity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing pegawai BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yogyakarta. Penelitian ini juga memberikan hasil bahwa pada variabel Komitmen Afektif, Person Job-fit, Positive Affectivity, ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Perceived Organizational Support, and Psychological Empowerment on Innovative Work Behavior in employees of the National Narcotics Agency for the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population was all employees of the Provincial National Narcotics Agency as well as employees of the Regency/City National Narcotics Agency in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula because the population is known for certain. The sample was 131 employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region National Narcotics Agency, including employees of the Provincial National Narcotics Agency and Regency/City National Narcotics Agency. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling as a data collection method. Hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The research results show that Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior, and Psychological Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. The three variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. It is hoped that the results of this relationship research can contribute to theory and practice for organizations in improving Innovative Work Behavior.
