Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of teaching materials that have not been optimal. In the learning process, teachers only use teaching materials such as printed textbooks for teachers and students, namely worksheets which only contain learning material and practice questions accompanied by pictures on a black and white background, making them boring and not very interesting for students. The aim of this research is to produce a Pancasila Education Subject E-Module based on the Discovery Learning model that is valid, practical and effective. The type of research used is development research or Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D development model which consists of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The results of the validity of the Pancasila Education E-Module based on the discovery learning model were validated by 7 validators, namely content expert validation obtained a result of 81.25% which was categorized as very valid, linguist validation obtained a result of 85% which was categorized as very valid, validation by a graphics expert obtained a result of 93, 75% was categorized as very valid, the results obtained from the validation of the teaching module were 72.5% categorized as valid with a few revisions, the second revision resulted in 95% categorized as very valid, the results obtained from the validation of the teaching module by the teacher were 95% categorized as very valid, the validation of the questions obtained a result of 81, 25% were categorized as very valid, validation of the questions by the teacher resulted in 93.75% being categorized as very valid. The results of the practicality of the implementation of the teaching module for each meeting obtained an average of 85.83%, categorized as very practical, through the teacher response questionnaire by class IV teachers, the results were 96. 42% were categorized as very practical, while through the student response questionnaire an average result of 97.91% was categorized as very practical. The effectiveness results obtained from the results of student learning tests in the main school obtained an average of 92.85%, categorized as very effective, while in other schools, through the distribution of effectiveness tests, the results obtained were 88.88%, categorized as very effective.
