Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject through the application of the Pancasila Monopoly learning media. This learning media was developed as an interactive and interesting tool for students, with the hope of increasing their motivation and understanding of Pancasila material. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were class V students at SDN Gading V Surabaya, totaling 15 girls and 17 boys. The research results in cycle I were 62%, increasing to 31% in cycle II to 93%. Then the increase in learning motivation was shown by obtaining a percentage increase in students' learning motivation in the pre-cycle, which was originally 44%, increasing in cycle I by 18% to 62% and experiencing an increase of 31% in cycle II to 93%. Based on the research results, the application of the Pancasila Monopoly learning media in the Pancasila Education subject can increase the learning motivation of class V students at SDN Gading V Surabaya

Abstract

This research represents the concept of prohibiting "approaching adultery" and efforts to stay away from it, according to the perception of Generation Z (often shortened to Gen Z), colloquially known as Zoomers. Currently, there is a proliferation of relationships between men and women who have feelings of love but without marital status. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research or field research with data collection techniques carried out using interviews and questionnaires. This research was conducted by several respondents in various areas in Sidoarjo, including Sidoarjo, Sukodono, and Prambon subdistricts. The statements used during the interview show that Generation Z has different views regarding the prohibition on approaching adultery. Generation Z, who are firm in their stance with the thoughts and knowledge gained in Islamic Boarding Schools and a supportive environment, will not influence their views regarding the prohibition of adultery, even though Generation Z is developing in a world of technology that is developing rapidly, most of them have a circle that builds a good identity.  On the other hand, Generation Z, who have a non-Islamic boarding school background, feel that behavior approaching adultery is normal.

Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to explore the impact of highly advanced technology in reducing cross-cultural language conflicts, especially in Indonesia, which boasts rich linguistic and cultural diversity. Information technology has significant potential to serve as a catalyst in mitigating language conflicts amid the cultural and linguistic diversity in Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach- The research employs a descriptive-analytical literature review method, which highlights various relevant theories supporting an understanding of how technology can play a crucial role in dampening language conflicts. Data collection from literature reviewed by several researchers is conducted to gain a profound understanding of the impact of information technology in mitigating language conflicts among different language and cultural groups. Findings- The findings indicate that information technology serves not only as a tool to reduce conflicts among groups with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds but also as a facilitator in building intercultural and interreligious communication. By exploring digital solutions, it is evident that technology plays a significant role in deepening cross-cultural understanding and strengthening inter-country relationships. With technological advancements, it is expected that these solutions will continue to innovate and contribute to creating a more inclusive and mutually understanding society amidst the linguistic and cultural diversity in Indonesia. Research Limitation/Implications- This research is still in the theoretical realm and does not involve field testing as a comparative method. Nevertheless, this study can be considered as a preliminary step in exploring the role of rapidly developing technology in addressing language conflict issues.
