Abstract

Risk management is one of the efforts made to avoid risks or face other risks that can interfere with the achievement of targets, one of the things that can be done is to increase employee performance productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of risk management and employee performance in the Company environment. The method used in this literature review uses a comprehensive approach, such as searching for articles in research journal databases, internet searches, and article reviews. The databases used in the search in 2020-2024 include those obtained from Google Scholar with 13,900 articles; PubMed with 1,253 articles, and Science Direct with 6,293 articles. The keywords used in the article search are risk management and employee performance. After identification, screening, and feasibility assessment, ten articles were selected based on the analysis of objectives, topic relevance, research methods used, sample size, research ethics, results of each article, and limitations found. The results of this study, namely the application of risk management to employee performance, are proven to be correct and risk management plays an important role in ensuring the realization of good employee performance in the company.

Abstract

SIMRS is a series of activities that cover all hospital health services at all administrative levels which can provide information to managers for the management process. The aim of this literature review is to analyze the success of implementing the SIMRS hospital management information system. The method used in this literature review uses a comprehensive strategy, such as searching for articles in research journal databases, searching via the internet, reviewing articles. Data collection was carried out using secondary data which is support sourced from various existing literature and references. Data analysis was carried out using literature review techniques including looking for similarities (compare), looking for differences (contrast), giving views (critite), comparing (synthesize), and summarizing (summarize). Database searches used included SciVerse ScienceDirect, Scopus, Pubmed and Google scholar. The keywords used in the article search were SIMRS, SOP, Evaluation Monitoring, Information Management. 457 articles were obtained, then the reviewers screened the titles and abstracts to obtain 10 articles that were appropriate to the topic and carried out a review. appropriate through analysis of objectives, suitability of topics, research methods used, sample size, research ethics, results of each article, as well as limitations that occur. There are effective results in hospital services with a variety of service management information systems and different features. There is a need for regulations and minimum standardization that must be determined by the Ministry of Health in order to achieve uniform services and be able to carry out full electronic-based activities. There is a need for the capacity of the Ministry of Health to provide applications for hospitals that are still unfamiliar with SIMRS and ongoing training and need more monitoring.

Abstract

The aim of implementing Community Service is the implementation of the Family Centered Care Model in the Children's Inpatient Room using invasive injections and infusions at Dr Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya. This community service was carried out at the Children's Inpatient Installation at Dr. RSUD. Soetomo Surabaya consists of 4 rooms. The rooms are the sleeping room, Nakula Sadewa room, Bona 1 room, and Bona 2 room with a total of 92 nurses. The four rooms are children's inpatient rooms that provide low-care nursing care so services with an integrated family-oriented care (FCC) system have not yet been established. The method used in this community service is to involve the family, each nurse will carry out invasive procedures on children with stages of preparation, implementation, and reporting. Implementation results Almost all patient respondents received family-centered care in the good category, 85 people (92.4%). Meanwhile, there were only 7 patients who underwent family-centered care in the sufficient category (7.6%). This shows that patients and nurses at IRNA Children's Hospital Dr. Soetomo Surabaya have implemented a family-centered care system in nursing care and health services.
