Abstract

PT Cheger Motor merupakan perusahaan dealer yang berlokasi di daerah Tangerang Selatan yang melayani service dan penjualan unit sepeda motor khususnya sepeda motor bermerek Honda. PT Cheger Motor masih kesulitan dalam mengatur bisnisnya, terutama dalam pengolahan data penjualan. selain. Hal ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantaranya penumpukan unit sepeda motor, yang diakibatkan kurang tepatnya dalam meramalkan penyediaan unit sepeda motor untuk periode berikutnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuatkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu melakukan proses pembelian unit dan peramalan untuk pembelian mendatang. Langkah-langkah pengelolaanya yaitu mengumpulkan data penjualan sepeda motor, ploting data, dan menentukan metode perhitungan yang sesuai. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk menyelesaikan masalah pembelian stock sepeda motor yang nantinya akan dijual dengan menggunakan Metode peramalan. Penerapan Metode Time Series Exponential Smoothing implementasikan ploting data penjualan unit sepeda motor Honda di PT Cheger. Hasil analisis dengan Metode Exponential Smoothing menunjukan bahwa didapati ada 3 jenis motor dengan nilai error yang kecil yaitu diatas 50% yaitu Beat Deluxe sebesar 55,26%, Beat CBS Sporty Fi sebesar 60,93% dan Scoopy Fi Sporty 52,86%. Hasil dari perhitungan membantu mengurangi keterlambatan atau kesalahan pada stok barang dan perusahaan dapat melakukan pembelian dengan tepat.

Abstract

Auto2000 BP Sunter is one of the companies in the automotive sector. Its attendance system still uses cards to record the daily presence of its workers. Based on these, an information system for managing the presence of workers is developed. This information system uses using android-based GPS Camera, that records the presence of workers, easily finding historical data to be assessed, evaluated, or analyzed. The developing system method used in this writing is the Waterfall method, with Javascript as the tool for programming with react-native framework, and Firebase as the tool for managing the database. In modeling the system, a diversity of diagrams in UML is used. ERD is also used for designing the database. With this Android-based GPS camera for presence information system, Auto2000 BP Sunter has been made easy to manage their data of employee attendance.

Abstract

P PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Divisi Nusametal is a company operating in the automotive industry. This company produces four-wheeled vehicle components, two-wheeled vehicle parts, and other automotive components made from aluminum materials. In the painting process, there is a quality inspection of the products divided into FG (Finish Good) and NG (Not Good) products. The use of technology can be very helpful in quality control, especially in the painting process. In the painting process, rejects often occur on automotive components. Each reject has different symptoms and causes, so the solution to address each reject is also different. Knowledge about solutions to address rejections is only possessed by the engineering team on the second shift, so handling can be delayed by 1 day and the painting process will be halted. The variables used are 13 symptoms and 51 causes. In this study, the use of the Forward Chaining method in the expert system can analyze reject symptoms and reject causes, allowing operators to identify the type of reject and fix the reject results without having to wait for engineering in the second shift. This way, repairs can be done in just 30-60 minutes, and operators can independently resolve 80% of painting reject issues while the painting process continues.
