Abstract

This research was motivated by the weak ability of students in learning activities, especially inreading. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to provide updated reading learning media that isinteresting and in accordance with the characteristics of first grade students, namely Lift The Flap Book, whichcan help students and teachers in the teaching and learning process. The development objective to be achievedin this research is to produce Lift The Flap Book learning media for beginning reading skills in grade Ielementary school that is valid, practical and effective. The model used in this development is a 4-D model. Themethod used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), which is a research method that aims toproduce certain products and test the validity and effectiveness of these products in their application. Theresults of the assessment of the Lift The Flap Book learning media validation sheet carried out by threevalidators produced an average score of 97.88% which was categorized as very valid. The results of theassessment sheet on the practicality of the Lift The Flap Book learning media produced an average score of90.62% which was categorized as very practical. and the results of the trial assessment of the Lift The FlapBook learning media carried out by 18 students produced an average of 90.07% which was categorized as veryeffective

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' lack of understanding in participating in learning activities, especially in learning mathematics. This research aims to produce animated video media for measurement material in mathematics learning for class II elementary schools that is valid and practical. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development), or development research, using the ADDIE model, (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). It has 5 stages including: first analysis (analysis of needs, characteristics of students and materials), second design (preparation of animated videos). Third development (animation video validation test). Fourth, implementation (practicality test), and finally evaluation (feasibility test of animated video products). This development research obtained results from validation tests by four expert validators with an average score of 81.25% in the very valid category, the practicality test was carried out by the class II teacher with an average score of 100% in the very practical category. The test results seen from the student response questionnaire obtained an average score of 91.56% in the very practical category. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the animated video media measuring material in mathematics learning for class II elementary schools is very valid and practical. Based on the results of the validity and practicality related to products made regarding animated video media, it can be said that the media created is very suitable and suitable for use in elementary schools. Therefore, the product created is said to be valid, practical and effective for use in the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the limited use of instructional media in the IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) subject. The frequent use of conventional and monotonous media leads to student boredom, lack of engagement, and poor concentration, ultimately affecting learning outcomes. To overcome this problem, this study developed interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 on the topic "Indonesiaku Kaya Raya" for fifth-grade students at SDN 07 Sitiung. The objective was to produce media that is valid, practical, and effective for elementary classroom use. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis stage identified the needs of teachers and students and analyzed the subject matter. The design stage involved the development of teaching modules, media prototypes, and research instruments. During the development stage, the media underwent expert validation. The implementation stage tested the practicality and effectiveness of the media. Evaluation was conducted continuously throughout all stages. The validity test, conducted by nine experts, resulted in a score of 83.47% (very valid). The practicality test showed 75% teacher responses (practical), 86.28% student responses (very practical), and 90.75% module implementation (very practical). The effectiveness test reached 93.87%, indicating the media is very effective. Based on these results, the interactive learning media developed using Articulate Storyline 3 is considered valid, practical, and highly effective, and is therefore suitable for use in IPAS learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis genially pada pembelajaran IPAS di kelas III SDN 11 Koto Baru, jenis penelitian adalah Research & Development (R & D). Menggunakan model pengembangan 4D meliputi 4 tahapan yaitu tahap define (pendefinisian), tahap design (perancangan), tahap development (pengembangan), dan tahap disseminate (penyebaran). Tahap define (pendefinisian), yaitu analisis kebutuhan dan analisis kurikulum. Kemudian tahap design (perancangan), yaitu merancang media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis genially dan instrumen validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas. Tahap development (pengembangan) yaitu uji validasi ahli kegrafikan, ahli materi/isi, ahli bahasa, ahli modul ajar dan ahli soal. Tahap terakhir yaitu tahap disseminate (penyebaran) yaitu peneliti melakukan penyebaran di kelas III SDN 11 Koto Baru. Hasil validasi isi atau materi, bahasa dan kegrafikan memperoleh skor rata-rata 87,72% kategori sangat valid. Uji validasi modul ajar memperoleh skor rata-rata 84,37% kategori sangat valid dan validasi soal memperoleh skor rata-rata 89,06% dengan kategori sangat valid. Kemudian uji praktikalitas yang dinilai oleh guru dan peserta didik mendapatkan skor rata-rata 96,25% kategori sangat praktis dan hasil uji efektifitas berupa soal pilihan ganda memperoleh skor rata-rata 90,47% dengan kategori sangat efektif.
