Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Firm Size terhadap harga saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. 33 perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020-2022 adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode perolehan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan banyaknya sampel yang melengkapi kriteria sejumlah 13 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Asset, Return on Equity, dan Firm Size berpengaruh terhadap secara simultan terhadap harga saham. Return on Asset dan Firm Size secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Diantara variabel rasio pengembalian aset, rasio pengembalian Equity, dan ukuran perusahaan yang paling dominan ialah Rasio pengembalian aset(ROA) memengaruhi secara dominan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This study explores the role of principal leadership and teacher supervision practices in improving the quality of learning at MI Darusalam Prasi Gading Probolinggo. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews with principals, supervisors, and teachers, as well as classroom observation and documentation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, by collecting interview, observation and documentation data and then analyzing them using triangulation of data and methods. The findings show that the principal's visionary leadership and focus on teacher professional development create a supportive and dynamic learning environment. In addition, quality teacher supervision practices, with constructive feedback and continuous professional development, make a major contribution to the improvement of teaching and learning practices in the classroom. Based on these findings, it is recommended to develop a leadership training program for school principals and increase the capacity of teacher supervision as a key step in improving the quality of learning at MI Darusalam Prasi Gading Probolinggo and encouraging the achievement of a more inclusive and meaningful learning environment for students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the efforts of the madrasah head in organizing the human resources of MI Miftahul Jannah Wangkal Gading Probolinggo. The research method used a qualitative approach of the case study type. Data were collected through the processes of observation, interviews with the madrasah head, the Curriculum Vice Principal (Waka Kurikulum), the madrasah committee, one of the madrasah teachers, and documentation. The data were analyzed through the processes of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation of sources was used as a tool to measure the data validity. The research results indicate that the three organizational processes conducted by the madrasah head of MI Miftahul Jannah Wangkal Gading Probolinggo as an initiator demonstrate systematic and mechanical managerial processes by adjusting the capabilities of the human resources available. These processes include structuring (clear organizational structure), assembling resources (organizing the human resources available according to the organization's needs), and staffing (placing human resources according to their abilities and qualifications). Certainly, the head of MI Miftahul Jannah Wangkal Gading Probolinggo is capable of being an initiator in the hierarchical order as a step in organizing high-quality organizational human resources

Abstract

The size and thickness of tempe debog (banana tree fronds) is not standard because when the soft soybeans are spread over the banana tree fronds there is no size depending on the density when pressing the soybeans it can lengthen or widen so that the edges of the tempe are uneven between the sides and the thickness of the tempe is uneven. The purpose of this service is to make tempe molding tools to provide a standard size and thickness of the tempe produced. The method used follows the implementation stages for activities, namely conducting field surveys, following the process of making debog tempeh, analyzing what is needed in the production process. Based on the results of the analysis of observations while at the tempe production site, it is necessary to make a tempe mold when the soybeans are spread over the fronds of banana trees so that the size and thickness of the tempe meet the standards and the density of the tempe is even. The results of the students' activities were making a printing tool made of rectangular wood for tempeh molds with standard tempeh sizes and thicknesses.
