Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Makassar. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kepuasan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees of the Makassar City Regional General Hospital. This research variable consists of Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative associative in nature. The population in this study amounted to 115 employees of the Makassar City Regional General Hospital. The sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with a sample size of 89 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques using simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect partially on the job satisfaction of employees of the Makassar City Regional General Hospital.
