Abstract

These activities are aiming to provide training on how to utilize email and mailing list as support media systemin learning process to the High School Students on SMK Sari Buana Makassar. Offered methods were participatorylearning method and learning by doing approach. Our activity was highly appreciated and supported by the school?Principal and also the students themselves. It can be seen on their enthusiasms and willingness to attend such trainings. Material and subject utilized are around the basic concept on email and mailing list,  how to start a mailing list forum,how to upload and download files on mailing list, and how to save file on mailing list. The contributive factor on thistraining was the active participation from the students, which could make these activities become easier. However, on theother side, time limit to present and train the student recognized as the problem to this training program

Abstract

This study aims to find out the basic economic sector, strategic economic sectors and the potential to be developed as supporting regional revenues in Wajo District. The study was descriptive quantitative research which employed gross regional domestic product data and rate of economic growth in 2012-2016. The method analysis used Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, and Klassen Typology. The results of the study reveal that the base sectors are agriculture, forestry and fishery, mining and excavation, procurement of electricity and gas, large and retail trade, and car and motorcycle repair; whereas, other sectors are included as non-base. The results of shift share method reveal that the competitive sectors are agriculture, forestry and fishery, government administration, mandatory defense and social security, educational services, transportation and warehousing, real estate, financial services, information and communication, health services and social activities, other services, provision of accommodation and food and beverage, company services, and procurement of electricity and gas. The result of Klassen typology indicates that there are two superior sectors, those are agriculture, forestry and fishery, and procurement of electricity and gas which are in quadrant I position

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance at Bontonompo 1 Health Center, located in South Bontonompo District. Quantitative data was utilized for the research, with a sample size of 45 individuals. The study explored the relationship between work communication, teamwork, and employee performance to assess their combined impact on the organization's effectiveness. The findings indicated that both work communication and teamwork had a significantly positive influence on employee performance. The f-statistic value of 34.965 surpassed the f-table value of 3.23, with a remarkably low significance value of 0.000. This statistical result affirms the robust and meaningful impact of effective work communication and collaborative teamwork on enhancing employee performance. In a well-functioning workplace, clear and open communication channels foster seamless exchanges of ideas, feedback, and information among employees, supervisors, and teams. Moreover, the study highlights the importance of teamwork in achieving organizational objectives. When employees work together as a unified team, they share responsibilities, support each other, and pool their diverse skills and expertise, leading to higher levels of productivity and efficiency. Teamwork encourages collective creativity and problem-solving, which are invaluable assets in a dynamic and demanding work environment. The results of this study reinforce the idea that effective communication and teamwork are not only individually valuable but also interrelated and complementary factors in driving employee performance. Organizations that prioritize nurturing a culture of open communication and teamwork are more likely to witness improved employee satisfaction and engagement, ultimately contributing to enhanced overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk during the 2020-2022 period. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through documentation and observation, which involves financial statement data such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements prepared by Bank BRI. The data analysis technique involves the use of profitability financial ratio analysis consisting of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research findings show that Return on Assets and Return on Equity are experiencing very healthy conditions, while the Net Profit Margin value shows unhealthy conditions in the performance of PT. Bank BRI (Persero)

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko dan tantangan yang dihadapi partisipan dalam live streaming TikTok dengan pendekatan teori Stimulus-Organism-Respon (S-O-R). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Deskriptif yakni memberikan gambaran secara sistematis tentang siklus, permasalahan, fenomena, layanan, program ataupun menyediakan informasi pada individu atau kelompok yang ingin diteliti. Pada penelitian kualitatif menekankan suatu kualitas dan bukan kuantitas serta data-data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari wawancara, observasi langsung dan juga dokumen terkait lainnya. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa teori Stimulus-Organism-Respon (S-O-R) mampu memberikan hasil yang signifikan. Risiko di nilai dari aspek kualitas produk, harga, informasi pribadi, waktu, dan kenyamanan, sedangkan tantangan dinilai dari aspek kualitas koneksi internet, interaksi penonton, dan persaingan konten.Kata kunci: Risiko, Tantangan, Live StreamingAbstract . This research aims to determine the risks and challenges faced by participants in TikTok live streaming using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory approach. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive, namely providing a systematic description of cycles, problems, phenomena, services, programs or providing information to individuals or groups who wish to be researched. Qualitative research emphasizes quality and not quantity and the data collected comes from interviews, direct observation and other related documents. The findings of this research explain that the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory is able to provide significant results. Risks are assessed from aspects of product quality, price, personal information, time, and convenience, while challenges are assessed from aspects of internet connection quality, audience interaction, and content competition. Keywords : Risks, Challenges, Live Streaming

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya masalah terkait pengukuran kinerja di Rumah Makan Empangku di Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Banyaknya pelanggan, bagusnya fasilitas dan kualitas karyawan ternyata tidak berbanding lurus dengan kinerja keuangan usaha. Sehingga dapat dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana analisis kinerja usaha pada Rumah Makan Empangku di Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja udaha Rumah Makan Empangku di Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis penelitian deksriptif kualitatif dan deksriptif kuantitatif. dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Rumah Makan Empangku dengan menggunakan Blanced scorecard dalam perspektif keuangan (financial perspektive), perspektif pelanggan (customer perspektive), perspektif proses bisnis internal (internal process perspektive), perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran (learning and growth perspektive). Hasil Penelitian perspektif keuangan menunjukkan penurunan rasio dari 17% ke 15%. Nilai NPM-nya tergolong baik karena >5%. Perspekti Pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa atribut produk dan jasa untuk kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai puas bagi para pelanggannya. Untuk citra usaha, memiliki nilai sangat puas bagi para pelanggannya, dan untuk hubungan dengan pelanggan memiliki nilai sangat puas bagi para pelanggannya. Perspektif Bisnis Internal pada Proses Inovasi Proses Operasi dan Proses Purnajual telah efektif dan efisien. Atribut kapabilitas karyawan untuk kepuasan karyawan memiliki nilai puas bagi para karyawannya. Untuk kapabilitas informasi, memiliki nilai sangat puas bagi para karyawannya, dan untuk motivasi pemberdayaan dan keselrasan, memiliki nilai sangat puas bagi para karyawannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non performing Loan, dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional terhadap Fluktuasi Profitabilitas secara Parsial dan Simultan pada Bank Konvensional. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif verifikatif data panel. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu Bank Konvensional ID BUKU 4 (modal inti bank > 30 Trilliun) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2021, sampel PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank Mandiri menggunakan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) Secara parsial X1 Loan To Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap fluktuasi profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Konvensional, X2 Capital Adequacy Ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap fluktuasi profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Konvensional, X3 Non Performing Loan berpengaruh positif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fluktuasi profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Konvensional, X4 Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap fluktuasi profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Konvensional; (ii) Secara simultan X1 Loan To Deposit Ratio, X2 Capital Adequacy Ratio, X3 Non Performing Loan, dan X4 Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fluktuasi Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Bank Konvensional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what the effect of organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The independent variable in this study is organizational culture while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the office of PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Bone, while the sample is 58 employees. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using SPSS Version 25 in 2022. The results of the study concluded that the independent variable, namely organizational culture (X) simultaneously or simultaneously affected employee performance (Y) positively and significantly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of net profit margin, price to book value, and earnings per share on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The independent variables in this research are net profit margin, price to book value, and earnings per share. The dependent variable in this research is stock returns.The population in this research is food and beverage companies registered on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique uses certain criteria, 10 companies were obtained that met these criteria so that the total sample in this research was 50 samples. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research show that net profit margin has a negative and significant effect on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX, while price to book value and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX , and simultaneously net profit margin, price to book value, earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX.
