Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Sangulu Jaya Abadi Morowali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 124 karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan uji R-Square untuk menguji pengaruh variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai t-hitung untuk keselamatan kerja adalah 13,547 dan kesehatan kerja 7,670, keduanya lebih besar dari t-tabel, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,00, yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan aspek keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, terutama di sektor konstruksi. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at PT Sangulu Jaya Abadi Morowali. The research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with 124 employees as respondents. Data collected were analyzed using t-test, F-test, and R-Square test to examine the influence of occupational safety and health on job satisfaction. The results show that both occupational safety and health have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The t-value for occupational safety is 13.547 and for occupational health is 7.670, both of which are greater than the t-table value, with significance values of 0.00, indicating significant effects. Simultaneously, occupational safety and health contribute significantly to employee job satisfaction. This study recommends that companies improve occupational safety and health aspects to enhance employee job satisfaction, particularly in the construction sector.

Abstract

Traveling is a necessity for everyone, traveling is the best way to relieve stress that is being experienced, whether in the form of stress from work pressure, stress due to many college assignments, and other stress. Traveling is more memorable when done with loved ones such as with family, with partners, and also with closest friends. However, determining a tourist spot according to everyone's wishes is not easy, especially since the choice of tourist spots is not small. Metro City is one of the cities in Lampung province that has a relatively large number of stunning tourist attractions. From the problem above, a decision support system can be developed to choose the right recreation area using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The criteria needed to make the following agreement are budget, interval, age, facilities and time. As a result of this study, the best alternative recommendations for tourist areas in Metro City were made.
