Abstract

Health services, whether in health centers, hospitals, or other health service institutions, are a system consisting of various components that are interrelated, interdependent, and influence each other. Patient satisfaction is created from the quality of health services so that good and quality health services will have a positive impact on health services, namely the creation of a well-established loyalty that forms word of mouth promotion that benefits service providers. In 2017, residents complained about the services provided by the Arjasari Health Center. They said that the medical staff at the Arjasari Health Center were considered unfriendly when examining patients. The type of research used by the author is quantitative research. The method used is the survey method, the survey method is the process of taking samples from a population and using questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Arjasari Health Center of 50.5%. This is proven by the results of the determination test, that the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.505 or equal to 50.5%, indicates that the variable of Service Quality (X) affects Patient Satisfaction (X) by 50.5% and the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

In the world of work and organizations, performance is very important in an organization because it determines the success in achieving the goals and vision of an organization. This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of cadre performance on increasing interest in visiting posyandu. The resulting output is community satisfaction with the services provided. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to explore thoroughly and in depth about the performance of cadres in the Mekarlaksana Village posyandu. Data were collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation to harmonize the facts in the field with existing data. And analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the performance of cadres had an impact on community interest in visiting. Most people feel comfortable with the services provided so that visits to the posyandu increase and stabilize. This finding indicates that performance affects people's desire to visit. Thus, this study contributes to the management of social organizations and can be used as a reference for further research.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is very much needed by a company as a factor that can encourage and influence work enthusiasm. Job satisfaction is basically an individual thing that has different levels of satisfaction according to their desires, both in terms of the Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Compensation. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at Bank DBS Marketing Division. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents. Which is to answer the formulation of the problem in this study using the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study show that: (1) Job satisfaction of Bank DBS Marketing Division employees has a category of Less Satisfied. (2) The physical and non-physical work environment at Bank DBS Marketing Division is in the satisfied category for Employees. (3) Compensation has a category of less satisfied. (4) Work Environment and Compensation have an influence on Job Satisfaction of 48.1%. In addition, the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at 5 Vocational High School Bandung. Work discipline and motivation are important factors in improving employee performance, especially in an educational environment. This research employs a quantitative method. The population in this study is teaching staff at 5 Vocational High School Bandung. The sample used is 98 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with a census or total sampling type. The data source used in this study is primary data with research instrument used in form of a questionnaire via g-form which is distributed directly to respondents. The scale is the Likert scale. Analysis of data used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at 5 Vocational High School Bandung, and motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation positively influence employee performance at 5 Vocational High School Bandung. Work discipline and motivation contribute 57.4% to employee performance at 5 Vocational High School Bandung, while the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of PT IB Sayati Bandung. The research method used is quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT IB as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method. Data collection through questionnaire distribution, while data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results of this study were obtained with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 15.1% of the job satisfaction variable on organizational commitment at PT. IB while the remaining 84.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. It should be concluded that company leaders need to change the strategy of reducing working days because the results of the questionnaire with low scores are on the statement of job satisfaction with the wages received to retain employees so that employees still have a high level of organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract. This research focuses on analyzing how digital literacy plays a role in improving the performance of village officials in Padasuka Village. The main objective is to identify how the development of digital literacy of village officials and the things that influence it, and analyze its impact on the performance of village officials in providing services to the community. This research applies descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature review, with data analysis methods through reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The unit of analysis of this research is the staff of the Padasuka Village office. The findings of this study reveal that digital literacy has been running well and has a positive impact on the performance of village officials in Padasuka Village, especially in improving village services, speeding up work, reducing and monitoring error rates, as well as making it easier to share information online. Although there are access limitations, as well as a lack of skills in the use of digital technology, there are also external factors from the community that lack awareness of the importance of digital literacy. In this case, the recommendation given is the need to maximize support from all parties, both the community and the central government.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing beauty industry, customer satisfaction is a crucial indicator of the sustainability of Makeup Artist (MUA) service businesses. This phenomenon highlights the importance of analyzing service quality as a determining factor of customer loyalty. This study aims to (1) identify the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by Vallen Beauty, and (2) analyze customer perceptions of service quality based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions. The study adopts the SERVQUAL theoretical framework, which includes the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach at Vallen Beauty. Data collection was carried out using three main techniques: in-depth interviews with the owner, staff, and loyal customers, supported by direct observation of the service process and documentation in the form of reviews and portfolio. The findings reveal a high level of customer satisfaction with Vallen Beauty’s services, which significantly contributes to customer loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendations. Customer perceptions of the five SERVQUAL dimensions are consistently positive, with reliability (consistent and timely results) and empathy (warm, personal approach) identified as the main strengths. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Vallen Beauty enhance the formal aspects of its services, such as building a customer database, designing a loyalty program, and proactively communicating product credibility to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
