Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of philosophy-based physical education management as a foundation in the formation of police character in Indonesia, using the literature review method. Physical education combined with philosophical values has great potential to not only develop physical abilities, but also shape moral character, ethics, and social awareness that are essential in the police profession. Through a literature review of related research, this article identifies five main aspects that can be developed through this approach: (1) improvement of discipline and moral responsibility, (2) strengthening of ethics and sportsmanship, (3) development of self-awareness and moral reflection, (4) formation of mental and emotional resilience, and (5) adaptation of local values in character building. The review shows that philosophy-based physical education can strengthen moral awareness and commitment to social responsibility in police candidates. By integrating philosophical principles such as Aristotelian ethics, self-reflection, and social values relevant to the Indonesian context, this approach enables learners to develop a fuller character that is aligned with the values of the police profession. This research suggests that police academies adapt philosophy-based physical education curricula, provide additional training for instructors, and adapt training programs to local values to produce police officers who are not only physically professional, but also have high integrity and social sensitivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of Mouth, Direct Marketing, and Digital Marketing on Brand Awareness through Event Marketing as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach with survey methods involving 505 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that all paths in the model are statistically significant. Word of Mouth, Direct Marketing, and Digital Marketing each have a significant direct effect on Event Marketing and Brand Awareness. Moreover, Event Marketing significantly mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and Brand Awareness. These results highlight the importance of integrating communication strategies to effectively build brand awareness through interactive and experiential channels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis strategi pengelolaan beras di Perum Sub Divisi Regional Bulog Kabupaten Probolinggo untuk mengetahui menganalisis sistem penyaluran distribusi yang tepat sasaran di Perum Sub Divisi Regional Bulog Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Januari 2022 sampai tanggal 28 Februari 2022. Metode yang di gunakan penelitian metode kualitatif dengan analisis Matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini mempunyai beberapa strategi. 1) Strategi (S-O). Untuk mempemudah dalam melakukan suatu penyaluran serta melakun penyerapan hasil panen dari petani. 2) Strategi (W-O).Perlu melakukan kerja sama supaya memperlancar/mempemuda saat melakukan distribusi bansos 3) Strategi (S-T). Penyimpanan barang di gudang harus dilakukan dan diatur sedemikian rupa guna mencegah atau menekan sekecil mungkin timbulnya kerusakan. 4) Strategi (W-T). Melakukan sebuah pengembangan jaringan kemitraan dengan petani untuk penguatan wadah ekonomi pertania serta penguatan kelembagaan. Kesimpulan untuk mempemudah dalam melakukan suatu penyaluran serta melakun penyerapan hasil panen dari petani. Untuk memehuni kebutuhan pemintaan pasar supaya tidak terjadi sebuah kelangkaan di pasar bebas. Memanfaatkan jaringan pemerintah untuk melakukan pendistribusian beras atau bansos di setiap daerah sehingga pendistribusian berjalan dengan lancer. Dengan adanya sebuah pengecekan supaya mengantisipasi sebuah adanya ancaman lebih awal membentuk kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan petani serta kemitraanya terkait dengan pengadaan bahan pangan

Abstract

Background: The use of technology by utilizing various tools such as social media, websites and office automation aims to simplify and reduce working time. Choosing the right digital marketing channel platform is a key step in a digital marketing strategy for digital entrepreneurs. It is important for entrepreneurs to continue to innovate by following effective training and guidance, people can be better prepared to face challenges and carry out their entrepreneurial concepts more successfully. The aim of this research is to provide technical guidance based on digital media in building and improving the technopreneur mentality. Method: The approach proposed in PKM includes the stages of preparation, implementation, reporting and evaluation. Results: By providing a broader view of the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, this activity can have a positive impact on the quality, quality and productivity of society, especially in the village of Tuyomerto. Participants' satisfaction with the presentation of material, communication of resource persons, time, and needs for material are positive indicators of the success of the Technical Guidance event. This shows that the event has succeeded in meeting participants' expectations. In addition, having further suggestions from participants is a valuable added value for improving and developing activities in the future. Conclusion: Technology support is a key element in helping participants through certain steps in starting, running and developing a business. Providing very detailed entrepreneurship knowledge and material can help participants in preparing a good action plan for creating a new business unit.
