Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri terhadap disiplin kerja guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Cilacap, sedangkan responden adalah 143 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Hasilnya adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari pengawasan utama pada disiplin kerja guru; (2) ada pengaruh langsung positif konsep diri terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan (3) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari pengawasan prinsip pada konsep diri. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan disiplin kerja guru harus ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan pelaksanaan pengawasan kepala sekolah dan standar kerja di sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study evaluates the humanitarian education program in Kalisuren Exemplary School, Tajur Halang, Parung - Bogor. This study uses an evaluation method with an evaluation model used is the CIPP model which is broken down into Context, Input, Process, and Product with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and interviews. Based on the analysis of the data it was found that the evaluation of humanitarian education programs to get a picture of the effectiveness of learning programs that emphasize human values from the start of input, process, and results. Findings of the results of this study as a whole Humanity Values Elementary Education program for Kalisuren Exemplary Persons, Tajur Halang, Parung - Bogor are under the Guidelines for Conducting Character Education in this case PNK (Humanitarian Value Education), however, there are still success criteria that have been met and partially improved. In detail, the discussion of the results of the evaluation of the Humanitarian Value Education program of Kalisuren Exemplary Elementary School People, Tajur Halang, Parung - Bogor. Humanitarian Value Education is integrated with every subject contained in the curriculum, teaching materials, and thematic learning activities is a quite meaningful approach to integrating human values contained in the learning plans and teaching and learning process. Human Value Education equips people about how to obtain a life filled with love, compassion, helps broaden one's outlook and makes it useful in society and the wider world.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of clinical supervision and self-efficacy on teacher pedagogic competence. The place of research is at State Vocational High Schools in West Jakarta Administration City. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques and a causal quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 72 teachers who were taken using simple random sampling technique or simple random sampling and the teacher who became the object of the research was determined using the sample technique formula from Slovin. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by first doing the prerequisite analysis test, namely population normality and regression analysis. The findings from the study show that the success of school principals in the clinical supervision process will determine teacher pedagogical competence. Competent teachers can manage to learn well and increase student learning motivation so that learning objectives are achieved and produce students who excel in their fields. This can be achieved if the implementation of clinical supervision is carried out in the right and proper way.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the curriculum management of the Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro elementary school. This study focuses on curriculum management components that will be studied, namely: a. Curriculum planning stage, b. Organizational stage, c. Implementation stage, and d. Curriculum evaluation stage. The research used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data were collected by conducting observations and interviews with school principals, teachers, and the curriculum section representatives. The data obtained were then analyzed according to Milles and Huberman's method, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, the Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro elementary school's curriculum management is going well. The management system starts running by planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the impact of transformational leadership and integrity on the performance of a company. The research sample was 123 lecturers at As-Syafi’iyah Islamic University, Indonesia. The analysis model of this study was a path analysis. Observation and questionnaires were used to obtain the research data. Teaching effectiveness measures how well educators' instruction aligns with learning objectives and provides the best possible outcomes for students who are taking the course. Hypothesis testing was performed using the t-test. The SPSS software version 25 was applied in statistical calculations. The results showed that transformational leadership and integrity have direct and positive impact on the teaching effectiveness. Transformational leadership has a direct and positive impact on the integrity. It is suggested to implement the better transformational leadership to achieve the better the teaching effectiveness.

Abstract

The quality of students graduating from vocational high school can be improved if the principal's leadership and increased industrial participation are supported. The purpose of this study is to analyze. This study employs a quantitative approach and path analysis techniques in conjunction with a survey method. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Instruments were thoroughly tested prior to their use in research. Validity and reliability tests are conducted on the instruments. The data analysis in this study was conducted using both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. This study was conducted at seven State Vocational High Schools in Serang City. Principals' leadership and industrial participation, according to research, have a direct effect on school quality. The principal's leadership directly impacts the school's quality. Industry involvement has a direct positive effect on the quality of education. Principal leadership has a positive effect on labor participation directly. This research implies a shift in perspective regarding the quality of State Vocational Schools in Serang City, particularly at the leadership level as a manager accountable for the graduates' quality. School leaders ensure that collaboration with industry is demonstrated through participation in the development of industry-related curricula.

Abstract

Teacher performance has a huge influence on the achievement of education. This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange and work culture on teacher performance in elementary schools throughout the Neglasari District, Tangerang City. The research method used a survey. Participants involved in the study were 110 teachers drawn from 24 schools in Neglasari District. Data were taken using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a direct positive influence of leader-member exchange on teacher performance, (2) there is a direct positive influence of work culture on teacher performance, and (3) there is a direct positive influence of leader-member exchange on work culture. So, it can be concluded that the quality of teacher performance is influenced by internal and external factors, such as work culture and leader-member exchange. The study results have implications for the work system in schools that must be built by school principals that are relevant to teacher competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact given by the learning environment and learning motivation on the student learning effectiveness at As-Syafiiyah Islamic University. This research is based on the problem that education in Indonesia is currently paralyzed, including higher education at universities, one of which is the As-Syafiiyah Islamic University. A quantitative methodology is a technique used in this study with the primary model of multiple linear regression. Using the Slovin formula, the research participants were 340 students from various study programs at the As-Syafiiyah Islamic University. Research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online. Statistical calculations were carried out using SPSS 25, and the hypothesis test used the t-test and f-test. It was revealed that: 1) the learning environment significantly and positively affects the learning effectiveness at As-Syafiiyah Islamic University; 2) the learning motivation significantly and positively affects the learning effectiveness at As-Syafiiyah Islamic University, and 3)both of learning environment and learning motivation impact student learning effectiveness at As-Syafiiyah Islamic University by 77.5%. This research is expected to have implications for improving the quality of education during the pandemic. In particular, it can illustrate how important the learning environment and learning motivation are to the university's effectiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn more about how project-based learning models are planned, implemented, and evaluated at Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School. This study employed a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used to gather data. This research shows thatthe management of project-based learning environmental education programs is carried out by the Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School very well.The quality of the learning implementation has exceeded the quality of the implementation of environmentally sound learning when compared to other schools. The implementation of Project-Based Learning at Sekolah Alam Cikeas Junior High School, which focuses on character and moral development, will produce students who can compete in academics and overall quality.Management that has been done in an organised manner makes Project Based Learning implemented in a more measured manner and produces output as expected without wasting existing resources.

Abstract

This research was conducted to show the contribution of workload and compensation to teacher burnout in Cilacap Regency. The methodology in this study is the quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models. The sample was conducted on 142 teachers in Cilacap Regency. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire on google form based on the Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is obtained from the t-test and the F test. The results show several conclusions: 1) Workload contributes positively and significantly to teacher’s burnout in Cilacap Regency, which means increasing workload will increase teacher’s burnout. 2) Compensation has a negative and significant contribution to teacher work burnout in Cilacap Regency, which means an increase in compensation will decrease teacher work burnout. 3) Workload and compensation contribute to teacher work burnout in Cilacap Regency with a determination coefficient value of 0.439 or 43.9%, which means that workload and compensation contribute together to burnout by 43.9%.
