Abstract

Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang ditetapkan Kemendikbudristek, merupakan bentuk pembelajaran yang bersifat otonom dan fleksibel, menciptakan budaya belajar yang inovatif, tidak membatasi dan sesuai dengan tuntutan dunia kerja, salah satu indikatornya meningkatkan relevansi mahasiswa dengan kebutuhan industri, dunia usaha dan lapangan kerja lainnya melalui magang, tujuan magang program MBKM ini adalah; mendapatkan pengalaman dan ilmu pengetahuan dari mitra magang, mahasiswa mampu beradaptasi dan menyesuaikan diri terhadap dunia kerja, melatih ketrampilan softskills maupun hardskills, (d) meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, kemandirian (g) melatih disiplin, rasa tanggung jawab dan sikap profesional dalam bertugas dengan tim atau mandiri sehingga menambah pengalaman, dan (h) melatih mahasiswa untuk lebih kreatif, komunikatif serta bersifat kooperatif dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas. Kegiatan Magang MBKM telah direrncanakan dengan baik sehingga implentasi di lapangan tidak ditemukan kendala dan persoalan. Hasil evaluasi juga berjalan lancar karena semua tahapan yang telah direncanakan dapat dipahami dan dilaporkan dengan sistimatis oleh mahasiswa melalui laporan mingguan dan laporan harian.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on the Work Discipline of Mataram District Court Office Employees. Aims to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee work discipline. The type of research used is causal associative research. The data collection method used in this research is the census method. The population and respondents in this study were all 78 Mataram District Court employees. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS version 26. The instrument tests used in this research are validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption tests used in this research are the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Furthermore, the hypothesis tests used in this research are the F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at the Mataram District Court Office (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at the Mataram District Court Office.
