Abstrak Fenomena bullying di sekolah menengah atas merupakan tantangan serius yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan siswa dan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merumuskan strategi manajemen kesiswaan yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan bullying di sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai strategi manajemen kesiswaan dalam menghadapi bullying termasuk kebijakan anti-bullying, program edukasi, dan dukungan psikologis bagi korban dan pelaku bullying. Data bersumber dari pengumpulan melalui google scholar, garba rujukan digital, researchgate, dan semanthic scholar. Sumber pustaka yang didapatkan terdiri atas 30 sumber dan 12 literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan dan keterlibatan aktif guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat berperan penting dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying. Strategi dalam menghadapi bullying yang dapat dilakukan meliputi identifikasi kasus, mediasi, pemberian dukungan psikologis, serta penerapan sanksi edukatif bagi pelaku. Selain itu, penyusunan kebijakan anti-bullying yang komprehensif, pelatihan rutin bagi tenaga pendidik, penyediaan layanan konseling, dan evaluasi program secara berkala. Dengan demikian, manajemen kesiswaan yang responsif dan komprehensif diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka bullying dan mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa yang positif. Abstract The phenomenon of bullying in high schools is a serious challenge that can affect student welfare and the quality of education. This study aims to examine and formulate effective student management strategies in dealing with the challenges of bullying in high schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to identify various student management strategies in dealing with bullying including anti-bullying policies, educational programs, and psychological support for victims and perpetrators of bullying. Data sourced from collection through Google Scholar, digital reference garba, researchgate, and semantic scholar. The library sources obtained consisted of 30 sources and 12 literatures. The results of the study indicate that student management and the active involvement of teachers, parents, and the community play an important role in preventing and handling bullying cases. Strategies in dealing with bullying that can be done include case identification, mediation, providing psychological support, and implementing educational sanctions for perpetrators. In addition, the preparation of comprehensive anti-bullying policies, routine training for educators, provision of counseling services, and periodic program evaluations. Thus, responsive and comprehensive student management is expected to reduce bullying rates and support the formation of positive student character.
